Arrived on the 23rd of april for 8 nights and never experienced anything like it. Must have seen about 12 different stag and hen party's during our stay and remember seeing 4 different ones all on the one night.Not to mention the darts teams staying there too. You would think the hotel would have a limit but this was not the case. you could hardly hear yourself speak if you went to the bar for a drink and a couple of times a female member of staff had to break up some drunken arguments . The only good thing about the hotel was the hard working bar staff and the maids who cleaned our room every day. The food was eatable but had to hunt for a clean plate.I am not an early bedder and enjoy the night life but always try to keep quiet when arriving back to the hotel but not many other people cared to do the same. This hotel was fine a couple of years ago but it's being ruined now.Won't be back.

The telephone calls we had to make with complaints should sum up our review and we are somewhat surprised that you (Travel Republic) have requested feedback; however, you have invited this review, which will also be added to Trip Advisor!!! My 2 daughters and I went on this holiday to celebrate my youngest daughter's 30th birthday. We were initially put in a room on the 15th floor. No problem as there were 2 lifts, but only one of which was working. We had to wait approx. 15 minutes for the lift to our floor! What a joy, we've arrived at our room - not. The floor was filthy, the bathroom was filthy, the mini fridge was absolutely disgusting, unbelievably, it gets worse. Semen stains over the bedding and pubic hairs - disgusting. We telephoned reception to come and clean up. They eventually came to change the bedding. It took the maid 6 sheets from her pile of linen to find a clean sheet! The maid did not attempt to clean anything else! After the maid leaving the room, we found blood on the walls, exposed wiring beside a sensor, (hidden behind the curtain) and the bathroom door rotting due to badly fitted shower basins. Walking along the corridors, you come across puddles of water leaking through the room door from the bathrooms, which are beside the hotel room door. We were extremely angry by this time and my daughter telephoned Travel Republic, who we had booked the holiday with. I believe they contacted the hotel to get our room changed. In the meantime, we decided we were going down to reception as we were not prepared to stay in that room. By this time, the other lift had broken down. I have arthritis of the knees; coming down the stairs for 15 floors would prove impossible. Reception agreed to change our room, this time on the 5th floor. This was to a reasonable standard hygiene-wise. Freshened ourselves up and being all inclusive, decided to go for dinner. My daughter had to complain again due to the long trek down the stairs and eventually we were allowed to use the staff's service lift. The noise in the restaurant was unbelievable. This hotel was advertised as a FAMILY HOTEL and as 4 STAR, the truth being, it would possibly not even get 2¿¿ stars in England. It was in fact NOT suitable for children under the age of 18, as the hotel was full of Hen, but mainly Stag parties. I shall leave it to the readers imagination, (not that much is required), as to the levels of drunkenness, behaviour and language!!! The food in the restaurant was inedible, not even able to get a cup of tea in the dining area, for this you had to attempt fighting your way to the bar through groups of Stags - mission impossible. By the way, there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms, (and you have to pay for the room safe), there is no free wifi, all of which I have always received in genuine 4* hotels previously. If you are a stag, hen or young(ish) group of people that enjoy to get drunk and go to your room at 5 to 6:00 a.m. in the morning this could be the place for you, but please do not expect 4*. At a quarter of the price we paid to stay at this place would have been about right, (and warned us what to expect). Forgot to mention needing to telephone Travel Republic on Sunday to find out what terminal we would fly from as it did not state on any of the paperwork we received. The woman my daughter spoke with suggested we "ask the transfer company". My daughter informed the rep that the transfer company was closed on Sundays, to which the Travel Republic representative on the telephone argued the toss. I passed my daughter the paperwork from Travel Republic, which clearly states the transfer company are CLOSED on a Sunday. My daughter then read it out to the rep and my daughter was told "sorry can't help you then". What an attitude!!!!!!! If you want a nice family hotel or even a reasonably lively hotel, please, please, please, DO NOT VISIT Dynastic Hotel, Spain. We were so happy to get back t

after reading review on this site, we decided to book a week in the sun, we travelled for a week in the sun, the first day we got there, we sat around the pool, we watched the handy man clean the pool, well i say clean the pool he dragged the leaves to the pool edge and then left, my family were horrified to this as floating in both pools were clothing and plastic cups, hence to say we didnt use the pool, the following day some of the children found a frog in the pool . I had dietry needs and I made them aware of these on my booking, when I arrived after asking 4 times both on the repection and in the dining room , i gave up so so disappointed with this as i didnt know what i eat and what i couldnt.the hotel its self was clean , but it was full of stag and hen partys so as you can imagine the hotel was full of very loud and drunken people , this hotel is not suitable for families with children, It was first and very last time i book this hotel total waste of money and very very disappointed. never again

We stayed in this supposed 4 star hotel on an "all inclusive basis" in April. First impressions were not good - the receptionist was quite rude and unhelpful, the floors were not clean and the lifts were littered with crisp packets etc. The superior bedroom was the best part of the hotel, spacious, clean, satellite tv and towels changed daily. That in my opinion was the only decent thing I can say about the place. The food was plentiful, but mass produced and not enough choice and on most occasions you could not put a meal together, (ok if you liked chips). The swimming pool area, was noisy, dirty with litter flying over you or on to you. it was a very small area for the size of the hotel and have stayed on many occasions in better hotels with a three star rating. The entertainment was poor, if you could hear it over the games machines beside it which were constantly in use. To sum it up, not four star, good if you like quantity not quality, more suitable for stag and hen parties, not families with young children or mature couples

We stayed here as a party of 6 in 3 separate rooms. Upon arriving in our rooms to find the doors to the balcony do not lock in two of the rooms ( being on first floor and a hotel full of stag and hen parties thought this as priority to get fixed!), it was fixed but they were not very happy about having to do it! The bar staff were very rude, when it comes to serving the British public, and will serve there own even though you have been waiting for five minutes to be served! The food was very poor quality for a four star hotel ( would say more a 2 star) there was graffiti on the bedroom wall, corridors very dull. I would say this hotel is ok if you are going on a stag or hen weekend but definetly not suitable for families! Too many rowdy drunks.( I know everyone goes on holiday to enjoy themselves but when you have an 18 month old you don't want them to be witnessing the goings on and the fowl language heard.I have previously been to this hotel approx 3 years ago and found it good, but it is slowly and surly going downhill. The staff need a personality transplant and need to learn manners. The rooms need a good clean. And even though it is all inclusive they need to know when hotel guests have had enough to drink and refuse to serve them! Lastly the food is far too repetitive same food most nights and not much choice for kids, it is also cold and bland.
