I recently stayed here on business. Very friendly, warm and accommodating staff who were eager to chat if you wanted to. Nice lobby with WiFi and TVs if you want to work there. Free breakfast each day with nice selection of food. Starbucks coffee and large assortment of drinks, wine, and beer. Pre-made salads, sandwiches, desserts, and tasty cookies they heat up for you. Indoor pool and 24-hour fitness center available. Highly recommend if you're looking for a boutique hotel that feels like home.

Definitely a boutique-feel hotel in a convenient location for a very reasonable price. I was undecided, but when the rate for a Friday night stay dropped $20 from Tues pm to Wed pm, that was enough to sell me. Rooms clean and comfortable, and overall, nicely appointed with stylish lighting, furnishings, etc. Love the wet bar and mini fridge, and the free Wi-Fi is a bonus as well. I would say that there are some cosmetic touches that need to be addressed - wall scrapes, stains, stained upholstery on the sofa - these things would really bump the experience up a notch, no question (especially at the price point of $79/night)! Disappointed there didn't appear to be any info in the room that described hotel amenities (I found by chance that the free breakfast buffet on Saturday morning was terrific), and the desk staff didn't do a better job of promoting that, or a pool, fitness room, or their wine bar, etc. Perhaps some better training to promote the hotel's amenities might be in order...? Staff I did encounter was very pleasant and helpful. Another reviewer indicated they'd recommend you request a room away from the elevator bank (centrally located) - I'd add to that to stay away from a room adjacent to the ice machine if at all possible! You'll be subject to ambient noise at all hours from the machine running, from guests refilling their coolers, and from the housekeeping staff (noisily) coming in and out of the storage area and adjacent stairwell. Wasn't happy about being woken up prior to 8 am by that noise, but for the price paid...I'll sacrifice!

The hotel, was clean, room was clean, the bedding was clean , the bathroom was very clean, the staff was friendly and very courteous. The breakfast area was clean and the food was great and there was an excellent choice of food to choose from. My only problem was I had a room as you exit the elevator, there was a lot of noise as other guess got off elevator. So all my fellow travelers please be as quiet as possible when you exit the elevators, I would recommend this property as a great place to stay. Near great restaurants and shopping.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are well kept and the beds are very comfortable, although slightly small. I gave this hotel three starts because of the paper thin walls, every time someone closes a door outside you will be able to hear it, every time someone flushes the toilet in the room above you, you will hear it, every time someone is talking in the hallway, you will hear it, so if you are looking for a peaceful quiet night away this hotel may not be for you.

I have stayed here twice now and just love it! It's small so it's very comfortable for my 2 kids who feel like they're just staying in a really big house. The entrance/lobby is cozy and comfortable, modern and clean, and the staff is super friendly. They have a food/snack bar and regular bar att'd to the front desk so you can hang out in the front lobby for dinner, snacks, drinks and relax. For breakfast (also in the lobby) they have a fantastic free buffet with all the things you expect, plus some egg/meat dishes. The workout room is small but clean, and equipment modern and in good shape. The pool is nothing exciting (just a rectangular pool, and no hot tub). If they added a hot tub and I'd stay here even more. The rooms are really large and modern. The beds are comfy, and they have a mini fridge for snacks/drinks (it's not stocked; just empty so you can bring in what you want). My only gripe about this hotel is the bathrooms and closet. The closet is just laughable (I think the door is like 18" wide?). But if you're just coming here for a day or two it's fine. If you have kids, the bathrooms aren't great because the door opens up right into the toilet (there's probably less than 1" clearance between the door and the toilet bowl). It would be better if the entire bathroom was closed off with a door instead of having the sink open to the bedroom, and then toilet/shower in a closed off room that you can't open if anyone is in there. If you're a single person (and most likely a business traveler that is staying her) these things probably won't bother you at all.The location is great, with easy walking distance to restaurants, Target, and Yorktown Shopping Mall. The staff is super helpful, friendly and attentive.
