Stayed here for 2 nights from Saturday 05 May. Received the email a couple days before on where to find the key and code upon arrival. This was very easy, put in the code for the lock and revealed the front door and our apartment key. When we first went in, there was unpleasant smell in the apartment. There is a small shop 2 minutes away, or a tesco 5 minutes away - both on the same road. We went and bought some air freshner and bread etc and this soon sorted the smell. Was a good size, nice kitchen area and bedrooms good size. Bathroom was ideal but floor did get a little slippy/steamy with 4 girls getting ready. We did bring some friends back on the Saturday and some people complained which was understandable - we turned down the music and they were ok with this. Great location for Croydon, 5 minutes drive into the centre of Croydon where theres great shops, nightlife and places to eat.

The worst hotel we have ever been to.1.First of all we had booked the hotel in January for July - 6mnths before. We arrived at the hotel at noon - check in time and found NO one there...we had to pay car parking fees as we waited for someone to come and open for us. They waisted us A WHOLE DAY of our 5 day holiday waiting for them in fornt of the hotel. We left to go eat something and went back to the hotel only to find a note telling us that our adress had changed and we were supposed to go to another hotel with a different address!! UNBELIEVABLE. we had tried to phone everyone at the hotel but no one had answered. Simply UNRELIABLE AND REDICULOUS. THEY WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. 2. The owner came to us to show us the way to the new aprtment and told us they had sent us an email regarding the change of address only 2 days before, when we had already left on holiday! and preteneded that we read it..utterly rediculous. 3. To top it all, the care taker, who is never there when you need him and never answers calls is extremely rude and as we told him about our problems at the hotel he only LAUGHED AT US. Do not go to this hotel - they are only interested in transacting your money from the VISA although we had agreed with them that money was to be paid in cash upon arrival. They took our money a day before we arrived there!!AVOID AVOID AND AVOID - everything bad about this place!
