We stayed here for are 10 days half board the hotel is across from the market which is on every Thursday and Saturday starts at 9.00 am and finishes at 2.00 pm so the Hotel is ideally situated great hotel and the location is near pubs shops and restaurants the food is ok but nothing speacial but good all round family friendly hotel.

After much research I decided on the Isabel,and I'm so glad I did!.The Canarian village style layout was the factor that swung it for me,so much more attractive than a concrete tower block hotel!.Stayed between 10th April-20th April,and it was sunny every day :)!!.The location is superb.Just a short walk and you're in amongst everything!.Whether its bars,cafes,beach,shops selling tourist gear,shops selling top end designer clothes,shoes,watches etc.There really is something for everyone.We stayed all inclusive,and were in room 751 which had striking mountain views from the balcony,and a sea view from the front door :).Rooms were pretty much spotless every day,the maids did a superb job.My only one minor criticism with the room is that,the bathroom looked a bit tired and needed a day spent on it to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the room.But to be honest,I wasn't that bothered!.All staff were superb,and could not fault them in any way.Always smiling,and very attentive.The food was very good,with a vast selection to suit all tastes.Could be a bit of a free for all at times,but nothing major.Entertainment was enthusiastic as you'd expect,and they really seemed to enjoy themselves :).The gym was surprisingly well equipped,and I made good use of it whilst the missus pampered herself with massages,manicure and pedicure!!.But the best part of this hotel has to be the heated outdoor pool,it was lovely.So nice to jump into a pool that isn't freezing cold,like most abroad!.This hotel is aimed at families,and would be excellent if you have kids.However don't let that put you off from going as a couple.We did,and we thoroughly enjoyed every day of our stay :).Couple of tips- 1.Go to Siam park 2.Hire battery powered evo scooters from Puerto Colon. both such a laugh!!!.But most of all relax,and enjoy the sunshiiiiine :)

Arrived at Hotel Isabel 23rd March for 9 nights.From the moment we entered the hotel till the end of our 9 night stay the reception staff, bar staff, waiters and all other staff made us feel welcomed, and could not do enough for each staying guest. As we had satyed at Isla Bonita December 2012 we hoped this hotel would be better as Isla Bonita was not a true 4star and our stay at that hotel was not a good experience. The rooms at Isabel are cleaned every day and the room was okay, the food in the restaurant was amazing, so much to choose from and all fresh. We did not watch the entertainment so can not comment. On the roof you have an adult only area which is great if you do not want to be at the pool with all the children to sun bathe, this is a family hotel , with great staff who make you feel welcome for yoru whole stay.

The isabel is more like a village with a choice of apartments bungalows & villas. Having been recently renovated they are very comfortable the only difference in accomodation is the flat screen tv in the villas. The apartments are situated above the main building with all rooms having a resort view, the higher the floor the better sea view you will have. The bungalows & villas are scattered around the lagoon style pool and gardens. The pool is huge and heated throughout the year, very safe for children. A pleasant pool bar serving light snacks throughout the day. The hotel has it's own dive centre, table tennis & full animation team to entertain the kids. Every evening there is a show either outside in the Plaza or Saloon bar which has very comfy seats.The breakfast was excellent you can either eat indoors or out. The quality and choice was 1st class as was the evening buffet which caters for all tastes,good value for money.The hotels large recption offers FREE WiFi with the 2nd bar serving drinks. It's around a 10 minute walk to the beach at Fanabe the hotel is in a really good ;position in Costa Adeje, opposite the hotel the local buses are available .Overall my saty was very good I look forward to returning to the Isabel

After staying at The Sunwing Adeje for many years, we decided to try the Isabel....having walked past it for years we ddnt consider it until it appeared in an offer from "Onthe beach" We stayed 11-18 April as a Family of 4. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and given a welcome drink until our room was ready. The complex was a mixture of Bungfalow/Apartments and some standard high rise. It was possible to stoll around the complex and believe you were in a small village at times! We were lucky enough to be given an Apartment(4 plex?) overlooking the pool, Room 612 should you want to request it. The accomodation was accessed by a side door and a flight of stairs which led to a small terrace which was laid with Astro Turf. The room was a large Living/Kitchen area, leading to a large bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms nicely furnished. The only criticism was that the main living area was presented with 2 single beds and didnt really have an area to sit and chill....not that we did much of that. The kitchen was very basic with a hob that was impossible to work, not that we wanted to cook but would have been handy! Also the biggest problem for me was no electric kettle :( ....we just microwaved the cups of water but this can be tricky...this was my only complain in the room. The rooms were cleaned daily and the sheets and towels chaged frequently. The pool was heated which made a nice change but i found the beds much to close together and at the time we were there, there was an issue with reserving sunbeds..it did seem however that the management were dealing with this...(block booking of beds and then disappearing for breakfast) The only thing i found uncomfortable was the daily prescence of a Photographer, waiting to pounce on any of the kids in the pool...the photos of course were available for about 5 Euro each and were of reasonable quality. I cannot comment on the food as we did not eat in. The entertainment was average with the Hotel providing table service for drinks. The biggest plus for me was the "Animation Team", consisting of Spanish, German and Austrian entertainers who appeared to love their job. They kept the kids and adults entertained on a daily basis, with everthing from Volleyball, Basketball, Kids clubs and so on....this is a fantastic place for families with young kids, may be a bit too much for couples though.
