Nice conference hotel
I as at a conference at the OCCC and the days inn was only 10 minutes walk away from the center. So a super location.The pool was rather cold, but i did not have time to get into it anyway. The room was clean and okay. For the price it was excelent, but I have been in nicer rooms.

Absolutely horrible.
I made reservations here because of the price and proximity to Disney World. That being said I was jerked around from the start of my stay. I reserved a king size bed at poolside, only to get thrown back in the corner of the place by the dumpsters in a two double bedroom. When I asked for the room I reserved, I was told I had to wait till the next morning to switch rooms. I made it clear we were leaving for the day at 8 a.m. and I was told "no problem". I went down in the morning and asked for my new room, and I was told nothing could be done till after 11 a.m. If I left my stuff at the desk with them they would put it in the new room for me...Yeah Right! we had a hair dryer mount, with no hair dryer. We complianed about that the night we got there as well, and they told us they would bring us one that night, only to be called by the desk and told we would have to wait till the morning. They said we could also have that before 8 a.m. We asked for that as well as our new room and I was told I would have to wait till after 9 a.m. Nobody in the place knew what they were talking about, we were lied to numerous times and didn't get the room we reserved almost 2 months in advance. Isn't that the point of a reservation? We could've complained way more than we did, but we were there for disney and just wanted a place to sleep and shower. It served it's purpose in that respect because there were no appliances, the carpet was torn up all over the room, the shower rod was broken, and not one of the three lamps was securely mounted to the wall. Oh yeah, and there are cock roaches all over the place inside, and garbage blowing around everywhere outside. If i could say one good thing, it would be that the air conditioner worked, which surprised me. We got friendlier service at the seven eleven down the street.

You get what you pay for
I should have known better when I was enticed by the $39.99/night rate. This place is really filthy, smelly: quite a dive. In our unit the paint was peeling. The bathroom smelled like urine. The carpet smelled like mold. The air conditioner was coming out of the wall and you could see daylight through the wall both there and between the door and door jam. The bed was hard and kept flipping up when you sat at the foot of the bed. The room did not come with typically stocked items: ie: there were coffee cups, coffee, creamer but no coffeemaker and one towel for two people and no facial tissues just an empty box. When we asked for these, the front desk person was quite rude to my husband- the young man who brought the items was very pleasant however. We thought about leaving but since we didn't see any bedbug or roach evidence we decided to stick it out the two nights we were there. But never again!

This hotel is in a great place but its not a great hotel, its old needs a referb, but it does have smoking rooms. We stayed here a few years ago before Days took it over it was much better then.we would not stay here again.

Decent hotel.
Stayed here overnight because I had to attend a convention across the street. I thought the staff was friendly, the accommodations were comfortable and the price was great. Convenient to everything! I didn't experience any problems at all while staying here.
