The best option if you ever have to go to Torrej¿¿n de Ardoz
I had to stay 15 days in the hotel in a business trip. The hotel indicates 4 stars, and for Torrrejon, small industrial town near Madrid is quite OK. In a biggest city I would say 3 stars. The rooms were OK (I was on the 8th floor), like an NH. Wifi was free (quite strange in this kind of hotels).All the staff was really helpful, front desk, restaurant, room service, cleaning ladies, etc.The breakfast was ok, maybe some things that should be in a 4 stars hotel were missing.The hotel has also parking place on the basement. Also the hotel is quite close to the train station.

Enjoyable stay (but strange reservation process)
To begin with I was put off by the reservation process: from the hotel website I was redirected to an external website to make my reservation. It turned out that the cost of the room included a fee (20% or so of the room price) for using the reservation service (and the fee was charged immediately). I found the practice rather strange. I just wonder why the hotel cannot include the reservation service fee in the room price and do not get me involved (all other hotel do that I suppose). The reservation fee is not reflected on the hotel bill, one just gets an email confirmation of the charge. I had a small argument with my employer¿¿¿s travel accountant explaining this practice and justifying why I had two separate bills for the stay (one in a form of email).I¿¿¿ve seen this hotel advertised as being located ¿¿¿10 min. from Barajas airport¿¿¿. This is unrealistically optimistic ¿¿¿ I took a taxi from Barajas, the ride was good 20 min. in light traffic and the fare was just below ¿¿¿25.The stay, however, was entirely enjoyable. The hotel is just around the corner from the Torejon train station on Torejon¿¿¿s main street. That makes the location convenient for commuting to/from Madrid and for restaurants but the area is generally busy. Rooms are fairly large, clean with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was nice and staff, both in the restaurant and at the front desk, helpful and friendly.

Very Good business hotel
I stayed for a month in a group of 15 officers from India. It is a very good business hotel. As an Indian our concern was the food.....but the breakfast had plethora of items and we could find items which we could have. The reception staff are very helpful and went out of their way to help us. The rooms are clean/cleaned everyday. Staff are courteous.Being stone's throw from Torrenjon De Ardoz Renfe Station, commuting for even TOTAL STRANGERS like us was not a problem.Drop at nearby shopping mall was instantly provided. LAN was free in the room, a big plus. Printout were free at reception.It is near to a lot of places worth a visit in the torrenjon area...a very good time pass for us as we stayed for a month.Airport pick and drop was complimentary. We requested for 3am drop at airport while returning which was instantly acceded to....amazing..

Simply put: ideal.
This is a fantastic, convenient stop for travelling virtually anywhere in the Madrid area: its location between the train and bus stations couldn¿¿t be better. The service is professional, swift and flexible. The airport pick-up service being free aswell is a nice touch. The rooms are stylish, functional and, above all, clean. Staff are polite and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel for those travelling in Madrid either on business or with family. Excellent.

Dont come for the food!
My mother is just back from a trip to this hotel, and was treated very badly.They went as part of a group on a HB plan, and were given really low qualilty food and very small portions. On some evenings they were given a plate of fries and some salad as their main course!! They were also forced to eat in the basement rather than the restaurant and generally treated with very little respect - even after some of the group complained. Overall the rooms and hotel itself were ok - although not in a prime location.Recommendation : Look elsewhere there is much better on offer in Madrid -- and especially DO NOT go on any HB or FB plan as you risk being ripped off. Save your money and enjoy the many wonderful restaurants and tapas bars of Madrid instead.
