What is TripAdvisor?
The perfect hotel!

Disappointing but at least cheap...
I sort of knew what to expect from a hotel located next to Peripherique, but the reality proved a little more brutal. Air conditioning wasn't working properly and our double room was so tiny that after a couple of hours we felt like we were running out of oxygen. The only way to let some air in was to open the window for half an hour - and then the noise was almost unbearable. The hotel has quadruple-glazed windows (double double-glazed to be precise) and that should tell you something about the level of noise outside. Also, we only had hot water in the morning and at one point there was no water at all! On the plus side, the bed was comfy, with new soft pillows. Hospitality tray with tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a bottle of water was a nice touch as well. Also, I can't fault nice and polite English-speaking staff. About the neighbourhood, there's a nice looking old windmill 5 minutes away from the hotel and plenty of small eateries. Big supermarket is next door to the nearest metro. In summary, it's a decent place to sleep but if you go to Paris for romance this hotel is not a good choice. You can't even count on spectacular views from your bedroom window (unless you consider Sixties tower blocks and graffiti-heavy noise screens glamorous).

Horrible!!
Really old and terribly located. I was really suprised when I got there and not only we found out that the hotel was nowhere near the subway, but was also in a dangerous and incredibly ugly area of Paris. If you want to feel like you are not in Paris at all, this is the place you should go to. Besides when we got there despite the fact that they didn't even had our reservations, they said that we would need to pay if we wanted to cancel which was not true because we left 1 hour later when we found another hotel.

The perfect hotel!
The hotel is absolutely perfect; very clean, comfortable and the food is excellent. There was not a wide variety but the food available was very tasty. The beds arent very comfortable but they are good. Its a perfect choice if you only want a room to sleep in. Best hotel!

Arrogant Front Desk staff
I have no qualms with the room - it was what I was expecting for the price and served my needs fine. Clean, well-presented.The location was pretty decent as it was a 10 minute walk away from the Metro, so you could access the main Tourist sights easily enough.Their food was good and the breakfast served was of good variety.However, the people who 'worked' (I use the term loosely) on the front desk - seemed to think they are better than everyone else and have forgotten they are working in a customer service industry.

Good for travellers on a budget
Stayed here for two nights on my contiki tour - good hotel if you're on a budget. Rooms are pretty small but nothing wrong with them. Well presented and clean, bathroom was also fine. Breakfast spread was good, had dinner there which was also fine. Pretty far away from the centre of paris but you get what you pay for! If you're on a budget, then this place would be suitable.
