Helpful staff, handy location
10-15 minutes walk to the old town (nice stroll down rambla nova with the main market and small cafes to tempt you) and 15min walk to serallo (port with great seafood options), this hotel was convenient, with ample underground parking (¿¿¿13.50/night or if you book via the hotel they have promos with free parking included as we got).it backs onto the bus station, where you can catch a bus to barcelona,airport or other day trip sites eg Montblanc (historic town about 45mins out of tarragona).Really helpful staff- we thought we had lost our car key at the airport, and they tracked it down for us successfully. The staff made this business style hotel more personal, and welcoming, and they gave a lot of good recommendations for things to do/where to eat etc.We were upgraded to a bigger room on arrival. Big comfy bed, spacious room, great shower. Wifi worked in the room after we had activated it first in the lobby. Some noise from the traffic outside (asked for a front facing room as suggested in other reviews), but not intrusive (we are used to countryside village quiet). Pool- tiny, cold, hot tub also cold, so didn't dare venture in.Not for someone looking for an intimate or luxurious hotel, but you don't mind an easy stroll into town,and are looking for a comfortable base to explore this lovely region of Spain I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would stay again

Well located hotel for Business or Seeing Tarragona
This hotel is a practical choice if travelling to Tarragona. It is next to the Bus Station and has a Taxi rank right outside.The hotel is comfortable and clean. Good for Business or for sightseeing.The breakfast room is large with a selection of standard breakfast items.Pool & Jacuzzi on the roof for Summer travel is a bonus. (I travelled in May and didnt get to test it on this occasion)

Nice hotel with good facilities
Room was exactly as described and the facilities were very clean and modern. Breakfast was good and there were a choice of hot and cold options, including pastries, cereals and cooked food. We used the roof terrace a few times which was good for sunbathing, however both the pool and jacuzzi were ice cold so it was difficult to be in them for more than a few seconds. We stayed 5 nights in total and had no issues with noise from either traffic or other people staying in the hotel. All in all it was a very good stay at the hotel.

Good hotel but average location
Stayed at the hotel for one night in May 2013. Rooms are of a good size with air conditioning, but a lot of traffic noise.There is no coffee maker in the room but has free wifi. The hotel is just next to the bus station but a little far away from the main sights.

Good location, good rooms, good price....
My partner and I got a cheap deal on a room here in early January - totally off season, so much so that there were only about 20 people on our flight to Reus (10mins by taxi) and I'm pretty sure on one night we were the only people in the hotel!It is a large modern hotel situated on a major traffic junction to the west of the city. It is situated above the bus station, which is definitely useful for getting around. We ended up walking to the train station (about 25mins) and getting a train into Barcelona for the day, which was a worthwhile trip.The rooms are large and modern, with marble floors and a marble bathroom. Ours was very comfortable and clean, and we had no disturbance from any neighboring rooms. The air conditioning worked well, and we kept the windows closed as there is quite a lot of noise from the traffic junction.The breakfast was good, typical Spanish affair with lots of cold meats and cheeses - we felt that it could have been fresher, although most mornings we were the only people in the place, so I'm not surprised!Overall, a great stay - I would wholeheartedly recommend Tarragona to anyone wanting a quiet, authentically Spanish city break.
