Good business hotel, potential stay when visiting Disneyland
As with all Novotels, the hotel offers a fine service business travellers (Rooms OK, restaurant fine for eating in 2 or 3 days before getting bored). It could also be a good basis for visiting Disneyland Paris, if you want to be outside the Disney-atmosphere at the evenings. However, it is quite expensiv to stay with families. For the same kind of money you could also stay at one of the Disney hotels. The location is in the middle of nowhere, so if you are planning to do a visit to (e.g. Paris) you should have a car or take a taxi and then the public transport.

good hotel in a good location , close to disneyland paris and rer station , bit of a challenge to find it , but worth it when you do , don't be put off with the fortress style parking , it dose make you feel safe and secure

Disneyland visit
Hotel location is far from Paris, you need a car. Close to Disneyland but we use our car because parking was free. Breakfast average, bread and croisants were fresh. The room was small for four persons, aged, carpet vaccumed but dirty and generaly needs renovation. My biggest plainiviness is that matress was not realy comfortable and our pillows not exactly pillows. For four star hotel expected something more. Staff was excelent and helpful

Convenient & comfortable hotel for Disneyland
And a lot cheaper than the Disneyland hotels! Location wise - its great for going to the Disney Parks if you have your car, but not great for anything else. It is about 5-7 minutes drive from the hotel to Bussy Saint George station where you could take an RER into Paris (takes about 40 minutes). Parking is available on the streets outside the station.The drive to Disney Parks take 10 minutes & is quite convenient & signposted.The hotel has free parking though you have to have a card validated each time you want to go out. The lobby is spacious & airy & the bar seemed to be good even though we didnt use it. They do have a outdoor swimming pool, but it was covered, given the weather.The rooms are basic, a bit dated, but spacious compared to other Parisien hotels. The bed linen I thought could have been a bit less tired. The room has a refrigerator, a kettle &a bottle of water, with paper cups & just one tea-bag of 4 varieties (which was a bit annoying). Any additional requests you make are either refused or you need to get it from the front desk. I had forgotten to take the plug adaptors, so I asked for one, but they didnt have any!On the positive side, my little one was given a Toy Story wrist watch, there is a tiny play area for little ones & it is rather convenient for Disneyland. So would recommend it for a visit to Disneyland & if you have your own mode of transport!

Poor Customer service and management
The worst customer service ever!!. I went there for work for 3 nights. The hotel is about 15 minutes by taxi from the Disneyland Eurostar station. The hotel looked big 9compared to the hotels in Central Paris). The room was of decent sixe but the carpet was really dirty. The shower was not working properly. When I went to sleep, I asked if the air conditioner was working. A lady came and inspected and said that there was a problem because there was no circulation of air in the room as well. In about 20 minutes, the manager (Nicholas) called and shouted at me saying that he did not know which country I am from but there are no air conditioners in France in summer and throughout the world, an air conditioner actually meant heating. I politely said that there should be at least circulation of air. He told me not to waste his time and open the window. I told him he was very rude. His answer was ¿¿¿Yes¿¿¿. Anyway the next day, I asked for an iron. They said that they did not have any iron because the only iron they had was broken. I asked for launderette service. He said that would take 2-3 days. Throughout these 3 days, inspite of me asking for a taxi, they did not order one. In fact they told me to share the taxi with someone (who refused to share). I missed my Eurostar and had to pay extra to take the next one. Really bad experience. On the positive side, the bar was decent. There are only 2 restaurants close to the hotel- a pizza place and an American joint. I had dinner in the American joint which was pretty good.
