We stayed in this hotel for one evening. It was clean and the parking was included. The staff were helpful and friendly. The brunch was inexpensive and overall I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. You will likely need to leave the AC on as the street noise can be loud but is easily blunted with a little white noise.

Looks better inside then out
We stayed here for a wedding in April 2013, when we first drove up we were a little off put by the location, but the inside of the hotel is so much nicer then the outside. There is a very welcoming lobby and bar/lounge area when you walk in and the staff was always very pleasant to us. The wedding cocktail hour was held in the conference center which is in a separate building but its just across the driveway from the main part of the hotel. We were there in the spring so it wasn't an issue but I imagine in winter that would not be fun. The wedding reception was help in the ballroom at the top of the hotel. The hotel itself is round so the ballroom has views all the way around of the city of Syracuse, when the sun set it was beautiful. Before the wedding we were able to relax with friends in the lounge area where we had a waitress so we could order snacks and drinks. It was a pleasant trip and the hotel is only a mile from the downtown area of Syracuse, my husband and I walked there and back with no issues. I am told the hotel was very close to Syracuse University so this would be a nice place to stay if you plan to visit the school or you have children that go there.

A Very Nice Syracuse Hotel
We spent two nights at the Crowne Plaza in Syracuse, NY. We were on a business trip and found that the Plaza was the right place at the right price. My wife's business took her to the Upstate Medical Center which was a short walk. The immediate area, however, was not a walker friendly part of the city due to the proximity of the elevated highways nearby. However, there was much to see within a short driving distance. The hotel had two bars, the Library, which was tastefully appointed with book lined walls, large screen TV's and comfy chairs to relax in. Also, there was Redfields. The breakfast choices were both ala carte and fill-yor-own-plate style. The food was excellent. I had a petit fillet and it melted in my mouth. I would recommend this hotel to any visitor to Syracuse.

Rest and relaxation!
My daughter and I stayed here on a college visit to Syracuse. The location is wonderful, the parking is free, and the room was spacious, clean, and so comfortable. The shower was amazing and the beds were downy soft and comfortable. We were able to walk to a nice area with lots of restaurants. We were on the twelfth floor, which offered a great view and it was very quiet. All in all, a lovely and relaxing stay. I would stay here again in a heart-beat!

Great Location, Modern Accomodations
This hotel is very modern and has a terrific lobby/bar/lounge area as well as business center. The rooms are modern all updated. Stay here for business or pleasure. It is my wife's favorite hotel in Syracuse.
