Good but not great
The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. I was on the south wing which was nice as it overlooked the small pond in front of the hotel. But, I was awoken by the geese honking at 5:30 AM - I was on the 6th floor. They quieted soon afterward, but. . .

Another great Hilton stay!
Stayed overnight and really enjoyed the full service property with restaurant. Room was clean and quiet initially. I had to be moved to the Executive area on 7th floor due to noise from several guest rooms. I enjoyed a nice meal in hotel restaurant and breakfast in the Atrium the next morning.

Quality hospitality for Business
My experience for business and meetings was excellent. I had to deal with receiving multiple packages, a large gathering and traveling in from international. The front desk, overnight and receiving staff get kudos for their willingness to help with everything from a pair of scissors to personally delivering boxes to FedEx. the hotel is not new. it has a few years on it but the staff did everything to make the difference. we had a great event and i would stay here again in a New York minute.

Welcome to the youth hostel
Pros:- clean rooms- warm welcome- free parking- free internet access in your roomCons:- during our stay, lots of students stayed there. The lobby and the breakfast room were crowded and it was very noisy. You had to wait for a long time to get an elevator and round about 6 o¿¿clock in the morning I always woke up due to the noise; for example the buses to pick up the students waited for them round about 20 minutes with running engines.- Furthermore, during our stay there was a bible seminar. You could hear the people screaming and the loud music even in the morning.- the staff in the breakfast area (there was no room; it was part of the lobby) was stressed out.
