Time to Relax!
Just returned from another much needed visit to Hard Rock Hotel. We arrived early Wednesday and went to check in at which time the girl working the counter was gracious enough to check and see if we could get into our room early! By 1 pm we were at the Nirvana pool enjoying the sun , relaxing with a couple of drinks...vacation had begun! During our stay we enjoyed AMAZING food at Pink Taco (they have changed up their menu a little bit) the chile lime fruit salad and trio of skewers I had were so yummy! My husband had his fav the skirt steak, and our waiter Marcos went above and beyond! The Reliquary spa was ever so relaxing as usual- the girls working were great, Rosa melted away my husbands knots in his shoulders and Christina took great care of me! I only wish we could of stayed longer!

What a joke
The Hard Rock Hotel is off the strip - about a 15-20 min walk. It operates a shuttle to the strip, note I do not say free shuttle as your $22/ day "resort fee" pays for this. It only runs 10am-5pm and only on the hour. If it's full then too bad. Tried to order room service one night, nope, kitchen is closed for cleaning. When we checked in at 2pm we were told to come back at 4pm. I wasn't happy about this as we were told by our travel agent check in was 2pm. Not Hard Rock's fault & they said they'd upgrade us to get us a room straight away. This was awesome & great of them. The room had no view so went to registration to see if we could pay to upgrade. The guy who checked us in saw me and was basically like "what's wrong now". Enough of the attitude! Although the rooms are nice and comfortable, house keeping lacks in that we've not been given bath mats, the clocks in the rooms are wrong, no shampoo/ conditioner. Yes we could've complained but the lack of service shown already made it not worth while. Over all would never stay at a Hard Rock again. This is after spending 6.5 weeks in the United States and never having such bad service from a hotel. If we hadn't already paid we would've moved to another hotel.

Dirty room and no one to clean!
I recently stayed at the Hard Rock and having been there before was well aware of it being off strip so I was not disappointed by the location. I have always enjoyed gambling, eating, drinking and the pool scene here so I figured why not stay at the Hard Rock this time. Upon check in I paid a $50 per night upgrade fee to walk into a room with a dirty bathroom (urine on the floor and an empty toilet paper roll on the floor next to it). The cabinet under the wet bar had beer and soda cans from the previous guests as well. I spoke to the front desk and was told it would be taken care of, we would be on the "VIP cleaning list", etc...My 3rd complaint on our second day got our bathroom cleaned but the cans remained throughout our stay. The service was so disappointing! Unfortunately I will not stay again, although I will gamble there because the dealers are fabulous!

All of our things were stolen!!!
I have never written a review for anything in my life but after what happened I feel the need to worn others who are going to stay at the hard rock. We checked out at 11 am and got my car from valet and re-parked it on the fourth floor. We locked everything in the car and went to Fremont street to enjoy our last day in Vegas. We came back to my car around 8 pm and everything was gone! We literally left Vegas with the shirts on our backs. My two friends from Florida got on their plane home with a backpack they borrowed from me with nothing but soap in it and the dirty clothes they left Vegas in. Between the four of us about $10,000 of belongings were taken, the best of best clothes we all owned AND a $3,000 Mac book pro. The hard rock claims they have cameras but we walked all over that garage and we did not see any past the 2nd floor. This is a garage attached to the hotel. So please do not leave ANYTHING in your car and hoesntly I would recommend just flying to Vegas and taking taxes every where because now I wouldn't trust anyone with my car. Lesson learned. Another car in the same garage was also vandalized and robbed. It sucks because I had heard nothing but good things about this place and now I don't think I could even stand to look at it without remembering what happened.

Hard Rock Hotel, Intimate, Clean, Really FUN Hotel with Great Pool Area.
We just returned from a three night mid-week stay at the HRH. The rooms in the Paradise Tower were big, clean, with two closets,very very comfy beds, etc. The pool area with the sandy beaches are great. Nice shops, good restaurants, intimate casino and great Rock N Roll memorabilia everywhere. I have stayed at the HRH lots of times and it is always a consistent enjoyable experience. The location is just a few minutes drive to the strip where self parking is free everywhere. We saw two great shows on the strip (Jersey Boys and Vegas The Show) during our stay and its very easy to drive and park your vehicle in the bigger casino parking lots.For the price the HRH is the place to stay in Las Vegas.
