Great Economy
My husband and I stayed, parked and flew through this Hotel. We found our room to be clean and satisfactory. Lots of dining close and nearby. Fairly priced for what we received. We were delighted when we called for the shuttle to pick us up at the end of our trip and the driver went the extra mile by dropping us off right at our vehicle. The shuttle also arrived in very quick order to our call.

Quiet Rooms
Stayed here with our 3 kids. Rooms where outdated but clean. Very quiet. There was several people there but never heard anyone in the hall/next room. Pool is a nice touch. Good selection in the morning for breakfast. Not the nicest hotel but would stay again.

Surprisingly Quiet, Good Location
When I first pulled off the highway, I was a bit concerned about the location. It's right off the ramp, and I thought this would be a noisy experience. I was pleasantly surprised to have a quiet night! The hotel itself was very safe and secure. There wasn't an elevator that I could find, so be prepared to haul your luggage upstairs. The rugs on the stairs were ripping away from the steps, giving the impression of being run-down, but the room itself was just fine. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows in both allergy free down alternative, and feather pillows, a large television, etc. The room was very clean, the water was hot when it was supposed to be, and cold and refreshing if you need a sip of water. The pool was on the small side, but the whirlpool was hot and bubbly and that's all that really matters. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was at the start of a very busy strip where you can find just about any type of restaurant or fast food that you could ever want (from McDonalds, Chinese, Indian, chain restaurants.) There's a super Walmart up the road if you want to buy your own food and drink to store in the hotel room fridge. I could gladly recommend this hotel for reasonable prices, a pool, and the basics.

Value added for the money
My family recently stayed at this Clarion hotel with the Park and Fly package on our way to Florida. We found that our room was clean and had a microwave and fridge. This is not the Hilton and you are not paying Hilton prices. The hotel had a little resturant and bar. The prices were reasonable and the food was fine. The service was slow due to the fact the girl was running the front desk and the bar but she did her best. You must leave your car keys if you are park/fly and our car was not moved from the spot I left it in. The pool was clean and the water was warm enough. The continental breakfeast was adequate.Overall for the money we were pleased with our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Pleasantly Surprised
After a less-than-great experience with another Williamsville hotel last summer, we decided to try the Clarion this month. One reason we opted for this hotel was the fact that we were able to book two ground-floor accessible rooms for our party. The exterior of the hotel is old and tired looking. My heart sank when I saw the crumbling sidewalk by our parking spot. However, we found the interior of the hotel very clean and mostly updated. Mind you, this is not luxury accommodation, but we wouldn't hesitate to return. The beds had duvets and a selection of pillows. Although the mattresses had pillowtops, I found mine somewhat lumpy; not my best night's sleep, but far from the worst. Each room included more lighting options than usually found in hotel rooms, a recliner, a desk and office chair, a flat-screen 32-inch tv, microwave and fridge. The bathtubs were equipped with multiple grab-bars, but that was about it for accessibility. The toilets were not raised and no one in a wheelchair could have managed in there. Breakfast was pretty good, including scrambled eggs, sausage patties, hashbrowns, a variety of bread (good toaster available), waffle maker with toppings, two cereal options with two milk options, several juice options, coffee and plentiful condiments. The pool, hot tub and exercise area was clean and well furnished with towels provided. Because of proximity to the airport, there are a lot of cars left parked on the property, but we never had trouble obtaining a handicapped parking spot near our door. The staff were uniformly pleasant. Overall, we were really pleased with this economical option and will plan to go there again on another shopping trip.
