Stone Villa Guest House is the best we have ever experienced either here or abroad.We travel a lot and this was a surprise indeed from the welcome from the competent staff and the owners.We were offered tea or coffee on arrival with delicious home made cake.There was even a sherry decanter with glasses in reception offering this if desired.This was the first surprise.The room was exceptional.A large and beautifully decorated room in the height of good taste.There were many considerations there,touches not seen in top class hotels.Details which showed style and professionalism.The breakfast was served in a delightful room,with delicate china e.t.c.There was a side buffet which was presented beautifully almost like a work of art.There were fruits of every kind with the focal point being a pineapple also decorated.There was fresh fruit salad,cereals e.t.c there.The main menu was very comprehensive with the typically English breakfast beautifully cooked.There was the very best quality smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and things like porridge which could be serve with honey,cream or Drambuie or any combination of those.Everywhere was spotlessly clean with soft,new carpeting throughout.We were more than surprised to find the owners have only been there for a comparatively short time.There has been much intelligent thought put into this venture,they deserve to do well.They are also delightful people and their genuine attitude is reflected in one of their children whom we met.A polite and friendly little boy who really knew how to approach guests.We would, and will,recommend Stone Villa to everyone.

Stayed here 2ndtil 3rd of may for my 18th birthdaymy boyfriend and mum organised it for me. On arrival the car park was full but was soon sorted out. Was taken straight to our room which was lovely. RoomsRooms are modern and well equiped with trousser press fridge and ipod dock, bathroom is big and lovely. The breakfast in the morning is beauty a little quite but hey we were a young couple.Lovely hotelnin chester family run and everyone is extremly pleasent and lovely. 10/10

We highly recommend the stone Villa.The rooms were very comfortable and clean , quiet location, wonderful breakfast menu, but what we were most impressed with was Dave and Kirsty's outstanding hospitality and kindness.We had a huge problem with our car on arrival and without their help our stay would have been very stressful indeed.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Having just read previous reviews, sadly we weren't greeted with tea and cake! Good job we weren't expecting it :) But we cant fault the room standard, all good with some very nice extra touches. Breakfast was also to a good standard. It's well situated if you don't want noise, an easy drive into the city centre, Cheshire Oaks or the zoo (all well worth visiting) and we would definitely stay there again :)

After a long drive we were welcomed by Kirsty who offered us tea and piece of chocolate cake. The room was really spacious and the bathroom had a really powerful shower and also had a bath.The breakfast was of high quality and very tasty, with plenty of choice.Dave was helpful on advising us on where to visit and also printed out a number of places to visit. When visting Chester again I would use Chester Stone Villa.
