Clean, friendly and relaxing
Stayed mid August at the height of the summer. Room basic but very clean and with air conditioning. All the staff are polite and really helpful. Always get a sunbed by the pool and beach is only 10 minutes walk away. Supermarkets, restaurants all close by. Very enjoyable holiday and would definately go back.

If you're looking for a quiet and cosy place
Just returned from 2 lovely weeks at the Elisa Apartments with my wife and 2 kids. It was our second time as we spent 19 days 2 years ago.We booked the apartment in september last year and requested the same apartment as the first time wich was room 121 overlooking the pool and with evening shade. Unfortunately the hotel could not offer the same room wich was a little disapointing when you consider the very early booking. But they could offer room 112 wich was was on the other side of the pool but still with poolwiev and topfloor. I definitely recommend topfloor because you the walls and ceilings aren't that thick. Unfortunately we had the afternoon sun at our balcony from around two PM and that could be very nice if it wasn't from the 40 degrees in the shade from 3 to 7 PM. We bought a parasol to cover some of the balcony but we tend to stick to the airconditioned living room in that period of the day if we vere not around the pool or on a trip.About the classic sunbed reservation situation my wife counted 50 sunbeds and the resort have 54 apartments and 17 studios. You don't have to be a genius to understand that it could be a race to get your sunbeds if you vere planning a pool day. But it really wasn't a big issue, at least the first week. I presume a lot of the guests took the 5-8 minute walk to the lovely beach at Playa De Muro and if it wasn't for my kids I would have done the same every day. But with 2 kids we usually were ind the race for sunbeds. As mentioned the first week was easy to get sunbeds even around 10 o'clock but something changed in the second week. Maybe because there were fewer beach people and sightseers so we ended up trowing towels at around 8 o'clock to get our sunbeds. The pool area are by the way fine. There's a lot of space between the sunbeds and a nice deepwatered pool, over 2 meters at some places wich i like. The size is reasonable for the amount of sunbeds. There's a poolbar with very fair prices for a little snack or drink. There's is really not that much going on at the pool area during the day wich was something me and my family appreciate. We have been places with a lot af activites around the pool all day long a very loud so called music terrorizing my ears. If I want a party I go to a disco! So thank you Elisa for keeping the volume and activities to a minimum.Elisa has a very nice restaurant wich serves sterling dishes to at least 3-5 euros less that some of the restaurants does at the main road 5 minutes walk away. They have a huge menu card and the portions are often more than you can eat even if you skip the starters. I personally recommend the Elisa kebab, shoulder of lamb or the steaks. Very well made food to more than fair prices. In addition they have live music 2 og 3 times a week and a great location overlooking a lake og the sunset. You could also choose the halfboard for 16 euros wich included breakfast buffet and a la carte dishes for dinner. The menu card was a little limited if you chose the halfboard and therefore we shun the halfboard also because the morning buffet was a little disapointing.The staff are so friendly og helpfull. Allways with a smile even when it's 40 degrees out there and they never have a day off. The apartments are only cleaned every second day and the pool area also sometimes could have been cleaned a little better. And the apartments are a little tight if you a travelling with preteens, the kitchen is very small and the sofa where the children sleeps are only sufficient for kids up to 165cm. So if your children are larger than that don't even consider the apartment. And just one more anoying thing wich dosn't have something directly to do with the hotel. The restaurant Palmeras just across the street are playing very loud live music from around 9.30 PM to 11.30 PM 6 days a week. The place was totally dead 2 years ago but that is really not the case anymore, unforfunately! Sometimes we had to abandon the balcony in the evening beacuse of the noic

Clean, friendly and quiet.
Returned from here on Friday would like to share my experiences which on the whole were very good.The HotelSet back from the beach a little (10mins walk tops) so very quiet, but close enough to what little is going on in Playa de Muro. The hotel reception along with the restaurant is over the road from the main accomodation. This is no problem as there is a pool bar and they will bring any food ordered over for you.The accomodation is in two wings seperated by the pool, so if you like a pool view ask for it otherwise the views from your balcony are not up to much. There were no other English in the hotel while we were there, it was mainly German and Spanish. As my group were not pool dwellers this did not bother us at all. And I dont go away looking for "holiday pals" so this was even better.The staff are excellent and very hard working, the air con a god send and overall I was very impressed.The ResortAgain this area is mainly German with a splattering of English accents in the restaurants and bars. The beach is lovely and safe for the youngest of children. Just one word of warning if like me you like to hire a couple of sunbeds and a brolly on the beach, you will have to get there very early. Mainly due to our lightweight children we never manged once. There were also lots of sets of these with reserved stickers on, I could not figure out how to reserve!!!The hotels restaurant I would recommend and also "Smiths" and The Swan for the shows for the little ones.We did venture down to Alcudia a few nights and there is much more of an English influence down there and a lot more lively. Reception will book you a taxi which will cost approx 7 euros. then get whatever bar you are in to order you a taxi back. They will happily do this but beware unlike English taxis these do come on time, so dont get a round in for the wait. Was the hotel what I expected? Yes. Would I go back? Maybe not as our youngest will probably be able to cope with something a little livelier next year.

Excellent service and location
The hotel is an excellent location only a couple of minutes to the beach on a flat walk. Many resteraunts and bars near by and the appartments themself has an excellent resteraunt over looking a beautiful lake, the appartments also has a buffet resteraunt which is only slightly less good than the a la carte, on a Thursday the hotel give all new arrivals a free buffet meal. There is free wifi in the apartments and free air conditioning. The appartments are a little dated and would benefit from an electric kettle but are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff are very welcoming and provide excellent customer service. If you prefer a hotel with mainly English visitors and lots of english television available this may not be the place for you though this was not a problem for us. This is a quiet friendly family hotel which is very well runDo however pack and wear insect repellent when sitting / eating by the lake in the evening

Very good for family with kids
We were in this Elisa Aparthotel in July. We really enjoyed our stay.Staff was very helpful, rooms nice, clean and spacious. We had one studio and one apartment on the ground floor near pool. There are two pools one for kids and one for adults, there were always some free sunbeds :-)Beautiful beach is about 10 mins walk, we visit Alcudia old town which is worth to see. There was also washing machine on the corridor and on Thursday free dinner for all guests.
