5* Hotel, 5* Service, 5* Location... Wonderful
I stayed here one night on my own, in between travelling with friends. The hotel is 8 minutes walk from the train station (only 1.70 Euros from airport). The reception staff were lovely - so friendly and helpful. My room wasn't ready (I was early) and had a lovely coffee in the beautiful modern bar. The girl there was also really friendly. As a girl travelling on my own, I immediately felt at ease.My room was lovely - clean, spacious. 1 English TV channel - BBC World News. Bathroom big and clean, great products. My only complaint is that in a 5* hotel i think they should provide free still water rather than charging 3.50euros for a small bottle!The hotel is located at the edge of the old town so any sights are maximum of 10 minutes walk.The rooftop pool is small but lovely with great views and about 7 sunbeds.In the evening I had a couple of drinks in the bar - again, the bartender was a lovely girl - really friendly. I would love to stay here again and couldn't recommend it enough for a stay in Malaga, especially at the low prices it offers.

Great hotel and staff went above and beyond
The hotel was quiet, beautiful, and located close to old town that all we were just a short walk from everything we needed. We stayed in room 201 which was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite and gave us, 4 people, plenty of space.Ur flight was 2 hours delayed finally arriving at 2:15AM and the car service the hotel provided was at the airport I greet us happily. My mom threw her back out and and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate her. They were even able to call a doctor in to treat her in the room. My parents are still raving about his place so much that they are already planning a return trip here. Thank you for your great hospitality... You turned something good into truly great experience!

Great Hotel
I was a solo traveller and stayed here for one night and returned two weeks later. The hotel is very nice, clean, quiet. Breakfast is good. The staff is lovely, very friendly and helpful. Also, it is a great location, right near the old town.

Great Value 5* in Malaga
I stayed here for two nights recently and really enjoyed my stay. From when I first arrived all the staff were extremely friendly and courteous, from helping with drinks decisions to giving recomendations for places to eat at night. The price of the hotel was excellent and the location too (centrally located just a few mins walk from the main shopping street). The decor of the hotel was what made it stand out too, modern and not dated like some hotels can be, the room I stayed in was stated as a single but had a double bed and was spacious enough for a room on the continent. Again the decor was well thought out and the room was spotless.Just a really nice atmosphere about the place. Ill definately be back.Peter

Don't be deceived it's not 5 star service, facilities or rooms.
I will bullet point rather than write a long wordy review as I don't want others to be deceived into expecting a 5 star quality service, facilities or room.With a double room you receive twin beds pushed together not a double bed (notice twin beds are not mentioned anywhere on their website etc).The gym is an exercise bike, x-trainer, running machine and a resistance training machine.The exercise bicycle was disgusting and looked like it had never been cleaned.The pool/patio area had 7 sun loungers and 7 seats (clearly not enough for the demand).No staff at the pool area, for safety, towels or refreshments service.I complained about being deceived by the bed situation straight away and the customer service I received was being told I could cancel my reservation and go elsewhere, This at about 8.00PM.I contacted management via their facebook page and the manager of the hotel didn't even reach out to me at any point. Therefore I am writing this review now as I don't want others to be as disappointed as I was.
