Decent Hotel
The rooms were very clean, and was a quiet environment to sleepPeople at the receptions were not too nice, we had to wait about 10 minutes when we arrived,because he was at the phone for paperproblemsThey were not too fluid with custumers

Nice hotel with a great location
The rooms aren't big in Paris but it didn't bother us as we didn't spend much time in the room. The room had great aircon and good bed. A bit of a suprise was the fact that you could see from the room to the shower (only a glass door between them). It was also strange that the sink is on the other side of the room than the toilet. The breakfast was very nice, we liked it (and when we booked the room straight through the best westerns net site it didn't cost any extra). We asked for an extra blanket to out room but nothing happened. The customer service in english isn't so good but if you're looking for nice, comfortable and quiet place to stay this is a good choice.

Nice hotel - helpful location.
My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights in February on a sightseeing trip to Paris.Staff were friendly enough. Room was clean and tidy with a large bed. Bathroom was very nice. Only downside to the room was perhaps the lighting (it was a little dark) Also, could get a little warm. however, an extra fan was supplied.The hotel itself is in a very good location with regards to travel. 2 Metro stations nearby mean getting about is incredibly easy. Also, with 2 supermarkets in close proximity, getting essential items/food is also very easy. However, there were a few unsavory characters about of an evening/night and we did not always feel completely comfortable walking back to the hotel.All in all though, I would say this is a nice hotel in a convenient location. I would stay here again.

A weekend trip in Paris
Stayed here with my boyfriend for our first trip away in October. The reception team were helpful, although a bit of a cold feeling from them and they took about 20 minutes to find our reservation. The room itself was small and dark as painted a dark purple colour, but was clean and had everthing you needed to be comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with cold meats, cereal, juices, yoghurts and muffins and French toast. Was nice and filled a hole as need to eat before heading to DisneyLand. Only from reading other reviews realised the hotel is in the Red light district - we had no idea whatsoever! The location of the hotel was great for food and the metro and for the price paid it was OK. I wouldn't stay again though.

disappointing
I stayed there my first night in Paris and although the room was very clean and the staff was exceptional( apart from the lady boss). My stay there was disappointing. My door wouldn't lock without me having to slam it open and close about 10 times. Checkout was at 11 am and at 9am I was woken up by the cleaning ladies who were going through my floors rooms.the doors and walls are really thin so you can hear everything. I slept extremely well and the shower was great but for a 4 star hotel I'm expecting a lot better. However it is a 15-20 min walk to the louvre, and nicely located between two metro stations that can take you anywhere.
