Excellent Service
We stayed here on a traditional shopping excursion with friends. The check in was extremely efficient. The service was excellent, breakfast was exceptional. The room was comfortable and very clean. We were treated very well by hotel staff. There was some noise from other guests but it was dealt with quickly by front desk. We would definately stay here again. Very close to Chefs - if you like Italian and especially the famouse spaghetti!

Best place to stay
I loved this place and would go back in a heart beat. The rooms are nice and spacious and beds are comfy. The breakfast area is amazing, there is a chef there making any kind of omelet you would like along with a variety of breakfast foods. The staff were very friendly and the complimentary hours was very relaxing. Alittle muchie food with a few good drinks. Well worth the money and they have a free shuttle to pick up and take back to the airport.

Comfortable home away from home
Embassy Suites in Buffalo was a very nice home away from home for a week of business. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The beds great. The hotel appeared clean. The pool was nice/warm, the hot tub not so hot but okay. The gym was busy and modern! The restaurant and bar were nice. The cook to order breakfast/buffet had everything you would want and more - definitely able to start the day off with a full and healthy breakfast. A couple of times our keys had to be redone which was a bit of an inconvenience but the staff were very accommodating. If the little things like the printer in the business room not working, the cards not working a couple of times and the shuttle not being available for early departure were the only faults I found. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel downtown buffalo for a comfortable stay.

I will be back next time
very Pleasent stay !Having had to stay in many dumpy Buffalo Hotels in the past I was very very glad to find a Rose amonst the thorns!Right from the first minute we checked in everything was perfect! The staff was most accomadating and friendly ,the Hotel clean and very comfortable ,well worth the $$$$ We were able to take advantage of the free trolley service and some nice Bars and eateries.This property has restored my faith in the chain as i have stayed on the Canadian side of the falls and the staff was questionable at the Niagara Falls Property.Again Great Staff at The Buffalo Embassy Suites

Very Pleasant Stay
This is a very nice hotel. My husband and I stayed in December, so it was all decked out for Christmas. The room was clean, the sheets and duvet were soft and comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and the usual complementary toiletries. Breakfast was amazing: they had a chef making omelets and they were delicious; the hot buffet, cold cereal, coffee and juice were all complementary. The staff was mostly friendly and obliging, especially the poor valet guys who moved my car with its sticky ignition switch. One of them even had to come back once when he couldn't get the key to turn and have my husband get the key to turn, he was terribly polite about it, and seemed more concerned about our inconvenience than his. All in all a very pleasant stay.
