Great hotel,great service
I normally stay at this hotel on business. I always get upgraded to a suite on one of the top floors which also includes access to Concierge floor in the evenings and mornings. EVERYONE on the staff goes out of their way to make your stay relaxing & enjoyable. This trip included five family members for a Cardinals game. Great service starts with Sam the Mgr and includes Malcolm and other tall gentleman who are valets. Also young lady in Concierge room was extremely courteous. Another younger valet was super storing our bags assisting with directions. Housekeeper on our floor was also very nice. One of my favorite Holiday Inns in the U.S. and I stay 60 - 70 nights/year in Holiday Inns

We stay here at least 3 or 4 times a year!
The helpful employees at this hotel make it great! Judy at check in that helped my friend get a lower room, since he doesn't like heights, to Shantanica at the front desk that helps me every year with what ever I need.Their breakfast at the restaurant or room service is excellent! We have also hadlunch here, before we left to go out on the city and it is really good also.There is Daryl that is getting ready to retire, but we love him! He is your car parking person!And I am sorry there is another gentleman there that usually gets our car every time on a Sunday,and he is a great guy also.you know what, if it isn't excellent they will do what it takes to make it right! Rooms Very clean and roomy! Room views are awesome not matter what side you are on!The location of this hotel Rocks! close to the 11 time world series winners, the St Louis Cardinals! and close to the arch, and a nice walk to Lacledes landing!

Meet Me In St. Louis--At The Crowne Plaza Downtown!
This was my first visit to St. Louis, and I chose the Crowne Plaza Downtown because of it's proximity to the event I was attending.I was very impressed with this hotel! It is situated within walking distance of the St. Louis Arch, Jefferson National Expansion Memorial Park, Citygarden Sculpture Park, and many other historical, sporting and cultural points of interest. Our room offered spectacular views of the Arch and the ballpark of the St. Louis Cardinals. It was a real treat to be able to see the ballpark in action during their home game from our balcony. The bedding and rooms were clean and comfortable. The Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had drinks in the bar both evenings, while watching the hockey playoffs. It was the perfect place to wind down after a busy day. The bar staff and drinks were excellent.Both check in and check out, requests and questions were handled very efficiently by the friendly front desk staff. The Valet service was prompt and courteous with every instance. They helped get us pointed in the right direction and gave us helpful insight on construction and downtown traffic.I will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone who is planning on visiting the Downtown St. Louis area in the future.I look forward to my next visit.

Great hotel! Great location, everything is in walking distance!Decided to treat my son to a vacation after 10 weeks of basic training & 7 weeks of AIT training and this was the perfect place for us to stay! All staff was very friendly and helpful! All I can say I thank you!

Great view, friendly staff
I recently stayed here while I was in town for a conference. My room was spacious and had an excellent view of the Arch and was convenient to restaurants and other downtown locations. All of the hotel staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly.
