Nice Experience
We stayed one night at this hotel and was pleased with the service and cleanliness of the property. The staff were very friendly and no language barrier. Our room had an amazing view of the coastline. Only drawback was that there was no restaurant on site. A shuttle service was available to take guests to Sorrento and various restaurants. We had a lovely meal at ''The Panorama" restaurant which was recommended by the hotel. Very pleasant experience.

Nice Stay in Sorrento
We spent one night at Hotel Prestige. It is a bit difficult to find (GPS was no help this time). It is on top of the town. The shuttle bus was very helpful. It drops you off in town and arranges to pick you up at a certain hour. We enjoyed the driver, he sang for us. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large enough for 2. Parking was important to us and there was plenty of it.

Wonderful hotel, located out of town.
I stayed at this hotel as a solo traveler at the end of May. The most important thing to note is that this hotel is someway from Sorrento up in the hills between the town and the Amalfi coast.If you are looking for a centrally located hotel then this one might not be for you. It is however well connected in both directions with a regular bus service from Sorrento/Amalfi and the hotel organizes regular shuttles both in to Sorrento and to local restaurants in the evening.I have to say that I had an excellent time. The staff were wonderfully helpful, the room well appointed and each room appeared to come with it's own private balcony giving you a stunning view over the bay of Naples. The hotel also has rather a nice garden, a good sized pool (which due to the unseasonably cold weather I was unable to use) and a dedicated breakfast room. There is also a roof top bar, which I believe would have been open if the weather had been better.A downside is that there is no onsite restaurant for evening dining, though there is an extensive room service menu. There is however a choice of 3 restaurants (in my experience) for dining at. Panorama and Il Rifugio can be reached via the hotel shuttle and both are good, though I would give the nod easily to Il Rifugio for the quality of the experience. Trattoria Da Salvatore is a short walk from the hotel and is an inexpensive, unpretentious and with excellent pizza. All together as a solo traveler this was a bit of an odd location, but I can say I enjoyed it and would quite happily go back.

Hillside location
Hotel located on the hillside, but the shuttle service was very accommodating. Service in the hotel was also very good. All employees were very friendly and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Amazing views, excellent rooms, great service!
We stayed at hotel Prestige for 4 nights near the end of May 2013. Our room was very clean, the beds are excellent and the views of Sorrento and Amalfi are spectacular. The service was impeccable. As others have mentioned, Natale the shuttle driver is the best! Always a smile, a laugh, a story to tell or a song to sing. The free breakfast buffet consisting of fruit, eggs, bacon, cereal, juice, coffee , etc. was good. Front desk staff (Maria and Emiliana) and bar staff ( Roberto and Arturo) were always willing to do whatever was needed to make it a pleasant stay. The hotel has two restaurant partners close by (free shuttle service) that I highly recommend going for dinner. (IL Refugio and IL Panorama both offer great food and wine and very good service). If you are arriving by train and let the hotel know inadvance what time you are getting there, they will pick you up at the station. Same goes for dropping you off when you depart. If you want to be able to walk to town, this is not the hotel for you. If you want a great experience, I don't think there is a hotel in Sorrento that can compare with everything this hotel has to offer. The four of us who stayed here all agree that the level of service provided at this hotel made our stay in Sorrento (and day visits to Amalfi,Capri, and Pompeii) the highlight of our trip. And that's saying a lot because we went to Rome, Assisi, Siena, and other parts of Italy during our three week trip!
