Great for families and couples who want a relaxing break
Absolutely lovely! So clean, so don't worry about that! Food is great as well and we never had to queue once. Entertainment at night is ok, pool fab, staff are always checking and testing it. We were dreading the hill prior to our visit but its really not that bad. Wish we could visit again but it's fully booked on the dates we wanted... Gutted. Enjoy your holiday you won't be disappointed if its a family holiday your looking for, hens and stags its a no no.

VERY NICE HOTEL
We booked a studio apartment but on arrival was given a one bedroom apartment which was nice, the apartment was very nice and we was given a bottle of water, tea, coffee,milk and fruit which i thought was excellent, The hotel has everything anyone could ever want its brilliant loads of modern sunlounges the pools are excellent the resturant was excellent, i couldnt fault anything with the hotel or the staff i will certainly be going back again and have already recommended it to freinds. There are also loads of trips to take in the region we went all over and benalmadena its self is a very nice resort with an excellent marina.

Extremely disappointed, definitely not a 4 star stay!
Me, my son and my mother stayed at the benalmadena place in march overall we were very disappointed. There were several issues throughout our stay when we arrived the balcony door in our room on the 4th floor was wide open it was faulty and would not lock as I have a toddler I asked for it to be repaired no one came I asked again and I was told it was repaired but it was evidently not i then asked to swap to a safe room I was told I couldn't so I stood at reception pleading until 3am before I was move to a safe room! Then the room we were put in was DISGUSTING pubic hair, skin, nail in bed, used and dirty towels just vile I took photos showed the manager who offered us complimentary meals at the restaurant which I was happy with but through out the stay staff where unhelpful and unfriendly! The maid only gave the three of us two towels in two days when I ask for more she simply said NO! Every single thing I asked of reception was too much like hard work they would not do anything to help like simply call a taxi for us to get to the airport! I have emailed the hotel since being home but iv had no reply ..... NOT HAPPY! Only positive is the restaurant and food was lovely and there was a young English waitress who was fantastic and the play room was brilliant but all in all for the price we paid to stay over Easter I'm far from satisfied

Good holiday but not till summer time!
The HILL well if you have a small child or a buggie or even asthma the hill down to the round from the hotel is a killer and i would say do NOT go if you cant climb hills.slightly out from the middle of everything a good 15 min walk if you can walk fast! Enough of negative things Hotel was very clean and nice. Nice sized rooms but for a room for four its two people on a 'couch bed'. Room service is very good no complaints, staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in April of 2013 and the weather wasn't great which meant there wasn't much to do (all waterparks, theme parks etc) closed. But for the rainy days there is an indoor pool along with jacuzzi and sauna which has no age limits so kids can go in them too. There is a gym. The hotel is really equip for keeping children from 4-11 yrs entertained, with kiddies club during the day , a HUGE arcade room , and average entertainment every night. But if your planning on getting a seat where you can see the stage I would recommend not leaving it too late as it was only April and we found it hard to get seats at around 9pm.I never ate in the hotel resturant so I don't know what that was like but there is many tasty places to eat along the beach front and on the main road. Like.....'La isla- on the beach front next to the porter bar, it is very tasty for a breakfast and cheap enough , I would recommend an omelet there and it has a menu on the wall for a cheap yummy 3 course meal. Bar76 just pass mcdonalds on the strip also has a 12.50 2 course meal which is very nice. The restaurants along the beach strip are very nice and staff are very friendly the only downside witch was VERY ANNOYING we're the people selling all those watches,sunglasses,bracelets,hats,beats ( which are all fake) . You would be VERY lucky to get threw a meal without them disturbing you. Overall it was a nice place and I have very little to complain other than the hill about and I would return !

Hen party stay - great value for money
A large mixed group of females from 20-70 stayed here.We had an amazing time, and would even go back with the family for a family holiday! The staff were very friendly and helped me to track down a missing suitcase, (Antonio went the extra mile in customer service and helped resolve this huge issue for me - Thank you so much) FOOD:Good choice of breakfast/ dinner buffet style dinner on sight. Just pay for it when we fancied it, 9 euros for brekkie. 15 euros for evening meal. Or the option of bar snacks with a range of reasonable meals available.If you fancy a short walk then there are lots of supermarkets (self catering basic facilities so you can cook for your self's), burger king (3 mins), bars, restaurants all available in walking distance.BEACH: Short walk from hotel, although be prepared for the steep incline hill going back to the hotel.BARS: we got in a short ride in a cab to the marina where we partied into the early hours. Then we walked to 24 hr square, where we partied until dawn. Suitable for small/ large groups, & also couples who would like a dance and a drink. Lots of nice quieter restaurants also available for those who want something quieter.SWIMMING POOL:funny shaped pool, but otherwise lots of places to sunbathe.
