Excellent family holiday
Enjoyed our stay immensely. We travelled with our two boys aged 3 and a half and 16 months. we really liked the hotel and would stay here again. Yes the rooms need a bit of a refresh but service and location are outstanding, it is clean and breakfast is good, standard fare. All the staff were really helpful with the kids.Rooms are quite well sized we had 2 double beds plus travel cot and plenty of storage space, room for buggies etc.It wasn't busy at all, we didn't have to queue at meal times or for any of the rides in the park.Would have been useful to use the mini bar as a fridge but it is weighted and you will get charged even if you don't consume anything. Reception have a fridge that you can store milk etc in if needed, there is a an ice bucket in the room and ice machine beside the lifts. Magic hours are excellent, well worth getting up for, park gets much busier in the afternoon. The laser show is spectacular and was one of the highlights of our trip.Dining:I will echo everyone's sentiments about the price of food, it is pretty outrageous. However some places are better value than others.Annette'sdiner- 78 euro for 2 burgers and chips, I kids chicken nuggets and soft drinks. Awful awful food. Could not recommend at all.Ludwigs castle- nice setting, very tasty food, varied menu, and 2 for 1 on beer early evenings! Silver spur steak house- excellent food, slow service, 92 euro for 3 courses each for 2 adults and I child plus beer and wine. Highly recommend.Blue lagoon- fab setting, best meal we had all week. Lovely kids menu. One of the more expensive restaurants but worth it. Nowhere really catered for babies I would advise bringing food with you for the really wee ones as they just do not deviate from the set menus for you at all. Overall we had a wonderful holiday. I was surprised at how much we could do as a family despite our childrens young ages. I would advise planning meticulously and bringing more money than you think you will need!!

Good decision for enjoying Disneyland
The best quality/price rate to stay in Disney. It is just a nice 5 mins walking distance from the park entrance, going through the enjoyable Disney Village.The service is very attentive, the resolve all your needs. Your children will enjoy with the Disney characters in the hotel hall on your way to the breakfast.If you want to stop at some time, enjoy and relax in the swimming pool, that's very good.

Great service, old and tired hotel
Had a club level room which included club lounge access with a character breakfast each morning.Another great benefit which was included in the club room was an unlimited fast pass which saved us a lot of time in the parks! The whole hotel is very old looking and tired. It is much in need of a refurbishment and not to the usual standards of the Disney parks (which look almost brand new all the time). The shower is honestly the worst I've ever experienced - I've had better showers in 2 star motels! The hair dryer on the wall in the bathroom (who even has these anymore?) is definitely from the 80s and was virtually useless!In saying this though, rooms were very clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. There was a Nespresso machine in the room and a very small LCD TV tucked away into an old cupboard. Location is brilliant, just a 5-10 minutes walk from the park entrances and the Disney Village shopping/dining area. The train station is also close which will take you directly to CDG airport or Paris. Staying at the hotel also gives you Magic Hours which is an extra 2 hours in the park each day (but this is only a small handful of rides that you can access early).Service is very good and all staff speak fluent English. Staff go above and beyond to help you. If you're fussy on the decor of hotels and want a modern room for the price you pay here, don't stay at this hotel. There are much better hotels 1 train stop away which would be just as convenient to the parks.

Christmas week end
I booked in this hotel because the Disneyland hotel which is nearer to the parks was fully booked.Since I was traveling with my 20 year old son and my 6 years old daughter I requested a suite. The room was divided in two by a tv cabinet with 2 flat screens for each side , which I found very practical and at the same time good for a bit of privacy for my son sleeping on one side and my daughter and myself on the other.Room was clean and fairly furnished, and my little girl was very happy to find a small present and a box of cookies on our arrival . We had breakfast everyday on the club floor. Breakfast had a good range of choices and each one of us found something he liked to eat.An overall enjoyable stay , except maybe I find the prices of the rooms too expensive for the standard and service provided

Not Like The States
We first took our kids to Disneyworld in 1979 when just two hotels existed. The experience was so great we have returned many times and have come to expect nothing less then perfection from a Disney trip. However when you travel to Disneyland Paris do not expect the same quality of accommodations as we have here. We chose the Hotel New York for it's proximity to the park which as advertised is a short walk and was. The public areas are very well maintained but the rooms definitely need updating. Our room was a corner room with a king bed and by European standards very large. The furnishings were very outdated and definitely in need of change. The bath while very large had a tub that my wife almost needed a step stool in climb into. The hotel restaurants were very lovely but 29.99 Euros for the buffet breakfast is a little outrageous. I don't think the hotel is worth the advertised nightly price. My son and his family accompanied us and his thought was next time to stay in Paris at the Novatel hotel near the Gare de Lyon train station for far less money and take the train for 5 Euros out to the park.
