Fantastic hotel and kids loved this holiday
Rooms have been refurbished and were very clean on arrival and cleaned daily during our 5 day stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only 5 mins by free shuttle bus to the park, so easy to come and go as you needed. Breakfast had loads to chose from and the kids found something they liked each day. Overall why pay more on a Disney hotel as your hardly in your room? Will definitely be back next year, as kids had such a great time.

Santa Fe
Pleasantly surprised, we booked the hotel purely because it was the lower priced disney option and viewed it as somewhere to just put our heads down at the end of the day. On arrival the building is certainly not as attractive as the other options but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all spoke excellent english helping us with any questions and bookings. Be prepared if you have a room on first floor or higher, our building had only a staircase so carrying suitcases was a struggle. The breakfast provided is very basic - bread, cereals etc, would advise eating towards the start of the breakfast time slots as huge queues built up around 8:30 onwards. The buses to/from the park were very convienient and frequent but be prepared for a mad scramble - we got the bus to the parks one evening and were almost knocked over trying to get off as everyone shoved past to get on. Overall, a good option for a basic but comfortable stay.

loved it best time of my life!! :)
t should be more than a 2 star stayed here for 5 nites/6 days with my 6 year old daughter the food was great. the bus that takes u to to the park runs every 12 mins it only takes a few mins to get there it can be very busy at nite time to get back on it to go bk to the hotel best thing to do is walk bk at nite!!! take about 10/15 mins!!the staff was very friendly and helpful. the french ppl r very rude they will push your kids out the way to get to the characters!!! the best thing to do is push your self in!! my princess had lunch with the princess which is worth the money she got to c three princess one prince and mouse off cinderella film!! and i did the mickey cafe breakfast which you can book there its worth it again!!! we got round round most of the park and watched all the shows so if it your 1st time best go for 5 days at least. i cnt wait to do it again!! :) its not cheap to eat out there 2 cheese burgers one coke ¿¿17!!!!!

Hotel Santa Fe
Excellent hotel and very clean. We found the staff to be very friendly, courteous and helpful. Only a few minutes by bus from the theme parks. As a budget hotel it was excellent and we would certainly stay here again.

You get what you pay for... But
It looks like a concrete building when you turn up and not as nice as the other hotels if you have passed them on the way! But it was just a room to sleep in. We stayed for 4 nights with relatives in 2 other rooms. We emailed 3 days beofre and asked for a renovated rooms that were together. We got what we asked for which was great. The rooms were basic as you would expect sort of travelodge. But we only slept there. Too much to do in the parks! Did not need or have time for a swimming pool.Reading other reviews. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom but no kettle in the room.The breakfast. As you can get in early, two hours before as you are staying at a Disney Hotel, it is crazy. Full on, go to the far side of the buffet and there is the same food. Its not great but will do. I would stay again.
