Outstanding Guest Service, Very Comfortable, Great Stay
The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Tinley Park is very friendly and eager to assist. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The food at this hotel is very good. The restaurant and bar staff provide great service. Many good restaurants are within a short driving distance. The wireless Internet worked well. I stayed here for four days. Next time I am on this area, I will return to the Hilton Garden Inn Tinley Park.

Really care about their guests
I have been staying at this hotel weekly for years and I am always amazed at the terrific customer service. The staff really does go out of their way to help guests. The hotel was starting to look a bit tired a while back and is in the process of being updated.

Heavenly trip
Excellent stay didn't have too much rowdiness going on during stay. The place is awesome and I think it has an awesome view except the room I happened to be in. The pool and spa was so good I didn't want to leave at all. Since I was in that spa my back no longer hurts need one lol.

Comfortable, but not outstanding
Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Average breakfast, but plenty of food. TV service was poor. If you can get the room for around $100 per night, it's worth it. Much higher than that, and you'll probably feel like you could get better elsewhere

Weekend Cubs Trip
Our room was located next to the pool. Make for sure you request a room away from the pool area. It was loud when the kids ran the halls. The breakfast was weak at best. Had to get my own coffee, and the food was not very good. I would suggest going out for breakfast.
