Mediocre
Stayed at Port Sitges Resort in April for business ¿¿¿ town and hotel looked rather deserted this early in the season. Resort is probably not used appropriately, the hotel is located at the ¿¿¿ in summer presumably ¿¿¿ busy yacht port of Sitges, and didn¿¿¿t remind me of the resort style of hotels where I have been before. Beaches are not far away.Personnel were friendly. I got a suite-style room with a separate living room ¿¿¿ beds were uncomfortable however (short!) and at the front of the hotel there is quite some noise from the street ¿¿¿ even in the low season. Breakfast mediocre. WIFI unreliable ¿¿¿ frequent disconnections.

Is it a 4 star hotel? Really?
We stayed one night in this hotel driving from Barcelona. The price, picture and location are all fine from internet. However, things changed right after we arrived the entrance of the port. It charges 36 euros per entry per day! It's about 15 mins walk from secure barrier to the hotel entrance. Finger crossed you don't have any heavily baggage with you as the hotel will not be helpful. Our room came with a small kitchen, which is a waste of space as I don't think there is any store in a walking distance. The facilities in the room is boring and quite aged. The staffs are all very helpful and honest. The 4-star breakfast is fairly simple even worse than B&B. Again, I will not recommend people to stay in this hotel.

Great location, superb value
I stayed here whilst working at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona and was not expecting much however I was very pleasantly surprised.The hotel is based at the end of the port complex and has to be accessed by secure barriers, if travelling with your own car beware that there is a charge immediately so even dropping bags off will be chargeable. With no car park you must park behind the hotel - however there are many steep steps back down to the port and not for the feint hearted!The port is lined with nice bars and restaurants - the location is superb.The hotel itself is a little dated however very clean, the room we used was a family room with two bedrooms, one double one twin with living room area, dining table and small kitchen.I wold say accommodation is a good 3 star.Food is available at the attached restaurant which to be honest was very good indeed, fresh produce prepared on site and excellent service - no complaints - especially as the local brewery produces wonderful San Miguel!!Breakfast is Buffett style and only hot food was fried eggs and a bit of bacon but all breads and croissants were very fresh and super tasty - no good if you wanted a full English!Staff are all very polite and helpful we found, in February we didn't use the pool but it looked very nice.Overall I would have no hesitation in returning for pleasure or work, great value for money and excellent service, rooms could do with a little updating but spotlessly clean and beds vey comfy.

Very good value, lovely staff.
Location : we stayed 2 days at the end of a 3 week holiday to Spain. Chose Sitges to unwind and not to walk around endless museums and crowds again. Cost of taxi from El Prat is 80 euro. We took the Monbus from the airport to central Sitges for 3.75 euro each and a 10 euro taxi to the hotel...much cheaper. You do have to lug your suitcases on and off the bus yourself. Also there is a 2 euro single supplement, so buy return tickets at the airport and save 4 euros/person.Hotel : is a 15-20 min scenic walk to the town. The hotel does have a 70's aparthotel feel to it, but the review of it being "grim" is very harsh. We found the staff delightful, ate at La Cucanya a couple of times which very good, slightly pricey but the service and waiter Jesus was great. We had the triple room which was very spacious and clean with a view over the marina. Really could not complain for the price and overall value. Breakfast was a very good buffet.Beds were very hard, but with some decent pillows(they were too thin) probably would have been able to have a better sleep.Not a 4 star, but is a 3+ for sure. Would stay here again.

On arriving to this hotel I was hoping to find the rooms more attractive than the entrance to the hotel They were not,This is not a 4 star hotel and i dont know who has given the place such a rating,Its grim to say the least,the rooms are aparthotel So if your thinking of lying in bed watching tv there is no possibility with the dividing wall ,this might well suit a family as the have small kitchen and sofa bed but for us was just not what we were expecting .Also this hotel is no where near Sitges so you will have to walk half hour into town or take a taxi ,Should you arrive by car there is no parking with this hotel You may pay 3 euros per hour to park within the port area or go looking for a parking in the streets some 4/5 mins away I can only imagine this being impossible in high season.The staff by no means are to blame for this bad review ,They did there job fine ,Buffet breakfast was fine also The port itself is pretty and many good restaurants
