Recommend to stay here
The BW is less than 15 minutes walk (mainly pedestrianised) from the TGV station and is in the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants, shops and sights within a few minutes walk. The hotel is not cheap but its quality is worth paying for. The room was a good size and bed very comfortable. We didn't have a restaurant meal but the buffet breakfast was excellent. There's a small pool and gym which we found under-used. No complaints whatsoever.

Really Nice Hotel but Noisy at Night
This hotel is centrally located, very modern and convenient. Our room was very comfortable, large and very clean. The staff was extremely helpful both before the trip (via email) and during our stay. If you're driving, be sure to reserve a space in the hotel garage in advance. The only negative - and it's a big one - is that people from the bar are allowed to go outside to the interior courtyard late at night. During our 5-night stay, we were woken up between midnight and 2 am on 3 different nights by loud conversations in the courtyard. When we called the front desk to complain, they did address the issue immediately but the hotel really needs to close the courtyard at some reasonable hour rather than having guests call to complain.

Bigger and better than ever...
We'd stayed at Hotel de la Paix a long time ago, so it was our first choice when we put Reims on the itinerary for this summer. We almost didn't recognize the place on the website, however, as it has been upgraded (from a very nice hotel before) and expanded in very skillful ways to include, among other things, an old church as part of the new hotel's banqueting and meeting space. The hotel still has its prime location, not far from the Cathedral and at the intersection of a pedestrian street (and other where car traffic seems to be restricted) that features numerous restaurants, bars, and the like.The hotel staff are terrific -- friendly, welcoming, and going out of their way to be helpful. Breakfasts were very good as well, and the internet worked well with my computer (although for some reason, not as well with my wife's iPad). The room was ultra modern and comfortable (the room in which we were placed may (not sure) have been handicapped-accessible, giving us some extra space, but we enjoyed the generous proportions. The only drawback was that the air-conditioning was not very effective -- maybe just a quirk with that one room.The desk manager told us, as we left, that the hotel has been owned by the same family for nearly a century, and if that's they case they aren't resting on past glories or relying too much on their location; the current version of the hotel is modern, clean, comfortable, and inviting, and is run by a staff that puts guests first -- I would strongly recommend the Hotel de la Paix.

Normally not a BW fan, but this hotel was lovely.
Stayed here for 2 nights for a business trip, typically had awful stays or rooms in best westerns so steer clear of them, but this was a group booking. Hotel has a lovely location in the centre of Reims. Staff were plentiful, attentive and I had no issues, My room on the 9th floor had a fabulous view across to the cathedral. It was a standard room, not Executive. Only downside was the Wifi, although free, only allowing one device and kicked you out frequently.
