Good hotel
If you don't have to stay in the city this is a good option. Rooms are big, good breakfest, nice restaurant in the evning, funky decorated. It did'nt feel like four stars, but it was a perfectly good hotel.

A good choice if you want to be outside the centre
We chose the hotel based on two treasonbns - we thought it looked nice (art style) and we came by car so we wanted to be able to leave the car somewhere safe. There is however no free parking, but they offer a nice garage for 22 EUR per day (we were allowed to leave it there more than 24h for that price which I think is a very nice geste from their side). Bus 48 takes you regularly to Central station, the hotel's bus stop is "Hempoint". The hotel is very nice looking with their paintings all around (though it lacks the "genuine touch"), the rooms are clean, cosy, the staff is very nice. The breakfast however is excessively expenssive, 20 EUR per person. Also, the beer at the bar within the hotel is among the most expensive.

Most uncomfortable beds in any hotel!!!!
This hotel has terrible beds- unbelievably uncomfortable and they DO NOT use matress protectors which is disgusting!!!! I had the most terrible sleep whilst at the hotel which resulted in me having an issue with my shoulder because the matresses are so appalling in comfort and quality!!!!!!!!!!The hotel is located in an industrial area away from the city!

Good choice...
Just back from a trip to Amsterdam, stayed at the WestCord Art.Lovely hotel, great friendly staff, had meal there on the Saturday night, our waiter Erik was excellent, very professional...Great choice to in the buffet breakfast.The rooms are spotlessly clean and well appointed, check out the bed, our's wasn't the most comfortable....Yes, i agree it is a little out of the city, but, the bus is just outside the door, one suggestion i have for the WestCord, a proper path across the grass would be a very good idea, and save us girls in our heels!!

excellent choice
just spent the weekend at the westcord art. good staff, good food, good service, nice comfy rooms with a modern feel. had dinner on saturday night, our waiters name was erik and he was very professional, friendly and informative. hotel is a little out of the city but this is nt any problem, the bus stop is just outside the front of the hotel on the inbound journey and just across the road on the way back ( hempoint is the stop) it takes approx ten minutes each way at takes you right to central station in the city centre. be sure to buy the combined bus and tram pass at ¿¿¿16 for three days at the hotel reception, very handy and good value as you can hop on and off as many times as you like. i would highly recommend this hotel. ps eric, hope you enjoyed your trip to prague
