Not for business travelers
6/3/2013-I did not know a desk in an Hampton Inn room was an amenity. When I asked for a room with a desk the front desk person gave me attitude because I was only staying one night. I guess the Hilton brands I have stayed in around the country and globe do not count here.BUSINESS TRAVELERS ..... STAY AWAY. THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS IN THE AREA..

Bed Bugs
If it weren't for the bed bugs the stay would have been ok. The staff was nice. There was not much they could do about it. I just wish the people in the management company would follow up on the resolution a little better. Other than that the stay was an average stay like in any other hotels we have stayed in the past.

Another Great Stay at the Buffalo South/I-90 Hampton Inn and Suites
This is the second time that I have stayed at this property for multiple nights. The location is convenient (near the interstate), the staff very helpful and the rooms comfortable and clean. In fact the bed/bedding was more comfortable than a more-expensive hotel in downtown Buffalo. This property had all the amenities that a traveller comes to expect and appreciate when visiting a Hampton Inn.

Hampton Inn stay
The hotel is conveniently located and the staff were great!! Very friendly. They accommodated us with a refrigerator after we asked. The rooms are spacious and clean. We were able to get an adjoining room as my sister and I were traveling with our elderly parents. Great breakfast included.

Quick Port to Avoid an Ice Storm
We needed to escape a projected Southern Ontario ice storm while heading to a family event in Pennsylvania. Made a late reservation here and arrived after 8:00 pm. The place seemed full, but we were quickly checked in to a nice fourth floor room. The room was nice, and the morning breakfast appeared to have a lot of variety including hot items. The Hampton is generally reliable; we were pleased with this experience.
