Food good cleaning needs addressed
Ate lunch in the restaurant recently with my husband just had sandwiches which were fine and very fresh however sat at a table near the window please get whoever is responsible for cleaning to look at the window sills and ledges behind the voile curtains, although it had been slightly adjusted when we were there and you could see every thing the cobwebs were like something from an old movie in a haunted house years of dirt please get someone to sort would put me off going back.

Horrible staff..no customer service at all !!!
Attended a party here recently, staff were very unwelcoming! Customer service is everything, and it lacks in this hotel!! As my friend and I were deciding what beverage to have a very rude bar staff interupted us and said last orders are now! This was at 12 oclock....we decided not to have a drink then and sat with the rest of the party...half 12 came and the staff became hostile and uneasy to be around. They began clearin up the function room we were in, which seemed rude! As 1 oclock came ALL the staff stood around the bar waiting for us to leave, they looked at theirnwathes multiple times and i even heard one member of staff curse and 'wish they would hurry up and f**king leave already'. Didnt feel welcome once during our visit, highly doubt i will be back!!!

Enjoyable
Stayed for 2nights at the Waterfoot hotel. Clean and friendly hotel with excellent food!! Situated on the east bank but a short taxi ride will take you to the shopping, nightlife and historic city walls of Londonderry! Would recommend staying here for a weekend break!

Adrian knight hypnotist
I can really recommend this hotel for a great nite out we went to the Adrian knight the hypnotist cabaret night and I must say everything was fantastic the food staff and entertainment and it was all for an amazing price of ¿¿35 pound what more could you want.

Good business hotel
This is a great hotel if you are doing business in the area, with free and quick wifi in all areas, and a very good and well priced restaurant. The hotel is also only 10 minutes from the airport.The staff, especially at reception are warm, friendly, and efficient, and the rate is very competitive for a hotel of this quality in the area.
