Extended stay
Finished up 12 days of traveling Italy and wanted a reasonable priced place to hangout within 1 hour of FCO airport. This place fit the bill. Rooms are large and, at least the single I stayed in, had a kitchenette and large wrap around balcony. Sky tv was an added plus as was free wifi and onsite free parking. Staff was friendly, helpful, and all front desk personnel spoke English. Breakfast included a decent selection and seating was never a problem. There aren't many reasons to stay in Pomezia (if any), but it is convienant to Castle Romeo outlet mall with some limited designer names, Euroma 2 indoor mall which is pretty nice way to spend a day inside if weather is bad, and Aprilia 2 a busy indoor mall with your basic mall (Italian) stores.

Great Room, Excellent Service
Stayed at Altea Suites over the holidays while visiting a local family. As an old hotel man I know what to look for and these people do an excellent job. Highly recommend to anyone who needs or wants to be in this area.

Big rooms. Unexpected Find
+Gated property with free secure parking. + Big rooms with cooking facilities ( at a charge) Triple sharing in a 2 bedroom suite. =)+Clean + Good value+Near a supermarket across the hotel.+Good service and friendly receptionists+Location was good as a base for Castel Romano outlets.+ Complimentary wifi ( handy for planning touring schedules)- Situated in a rather industrial part. Not much to do after dark.- Breakfast was unmemorable. Could have been better. But hey, we didn¿¿¿t stay here for the breakfast.

Lovely rooms
At the time of writing, the Altea Suites were very new. Consequently, the rooms and furniture were in great condition. Rooms well appointed. It also probably accounted for the fact that even in August there were very few people there. It might also be something to do with Pomezia, which is a very strange place. There were few restaurants and not much of a town centre (one of Mussolini's 1930's new towns, I think)Reception comfortable and staff helpful, with excellent English. Breakfast good and plentiful.The hotel itself not easy to find, being just off the main road, but if you look for the big supermarket (Ipermarket GS) you should be able to see the sign for the Suites.Recommended, if you have own transport.
