Great Location-Disappointing Service.
This is a great spot. Walk able to SO many things. My room faced the Charles River and the view was amazing. The rooms are clean and nice. My only complaint was at check out. My billing was incorrect and Glenda the bill person was fairly rude. She finally corrected it and asked me to stop for a new receipt, when I did (half an hour later) she still had not corrected it and then the front desk person was rude. I did not get my quoted rate, which I showed her, their mistake, not mine.

Comfort
Recently stayed 2 nights to visit with family. Accomodations were spacious, clean, and the beds were welcoming. Room was a deluxe catagory on the 17th. floor overlooking the Charles River and Cambridge. The Sheraton was convient to everything starting with it's proximity to Interstate 90 which made for a stressless arrival and departure. Parked at the Prudential Center, which is attached to the hotel. Also attached to the hotel is a beautiful shopping mall. A green line T stop is around the corner.

Great Location
This is a lovely hotel and is very conveniently located. The rooms are small, but nicely appointed and very comfortable. The views from the hotel are beautiful. The hotel is an easy walk to Boyleston Street, and you can access the shopping mall without going outside. The conference facilites are very nice. My only complaint is there were only enough tables at the conference for about half of the people attending. I'm not sure if that was the fault of the hotel or the conference planners.

Fantastic customer service, beautiful view, great location
The location of this hotel is amazing, and the rooms (while small) are in great condition. And the view of the city and river from my room in the north tower was spectacular.I also wanted to give a big thank you to Allison S. at the front desk who was a tremendous help during check in. I had a virtually impossible request, and she was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire time it took to resolve it.Highly recommended!

Enjoyable Conference Hotel
Conference hotels are usually pretty much the same. This Sheraton was a cut above the usual. We had a corner junior suite with a view of Fenway Park and the river. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and it truly felt like a retreat from all the conference activities. The shower with the large shower head was great and there was plenty of room on the vanity. the two TVs were a nice feature. The hotel bar was excellent. Both the bar tenders and other people at the bar were very friendly, and the bar food was very good. The Club Level breakfasts were pretty standard, but the facility was comfortable and service was great. The hotel is also within walking distance of Fenway which is a plus for baseball fans.There were a couple of minor quirks. With only one bedside table, the person next to the outside wall had to use the window sill for items like books, glasses, etc. The sill was large, but it still meant getting out of bed for even simple needs. Even though it was a king size bed, there was room for two tables. Also, if you stay in one of these suites, bring and extra clock for the sitting room. The only clock was in the bedroom. For such a nice space, the closet was very small, and the commercial toilet was a surprise in the well appointed bathroom. As with all other conference hotels, slow elevators were an issue. Also, the bell staff didn't seem interested in helping with luggage. They watched me struggle with my suitcases after getting out of the shuttle from the airport, but didn't even offer a cart. I'm pretty self-sufficient, but it's something to consider if you need help with luggage.All in all a great conference hotel experience.
