not a 4 star
went to this hotel for 1 night as original hotel over bookedall inclusive but as not full (assume...?) meals and drinks only available in sister hotel Pioneroroom, small and tatty same as bathroomsays its 4 star but its not would have been appalled if had booked whole break herefood poor but they do serve you wine/beer at the table. tables rammed in in dining roomoverall wouldn't go back..... on a postive note close to beach and central location

Cheap deal .....
Just came back from Santa Ponza Park after 3 nights all inclusive - It rained but obviously that is not the hotels fault. We found rooms to be very clean the reception staff were helpful the food was of a typical buffet food standard. All food/drinks ant entertainment were in the sister hotel next door.Now come the negatives ..... the drinks that we were served in the restaurant were fine but the ones included in the all inclusive package were frankly awful and some of the bar staff were not really friendly and there were long queues at the bar. in fact one night my husband queued up for ten mins to get the last drink of the night when they stopped serving as soon as it hit midnight turning away about a dozen queueing people.The hotel entertainment was expremely poor it was almost as though they were trying to bore people to leave so as they did not have to serve them the inferior drinks.I would recomend the hotel for a bed and breakfast stay or even half board for a short stay but defo forget the all inclusive. There are lots of great bars with entertainment a short walk away from the hotel and the sports bar next to it was great they looked after you well was very clean and served proper drinksAll in all we had a good time and i would stay there again on a bed and breakfast basis

Very poor
I booked this hotel as part of my parent's 30th Wedding Anniversary. I and read the reviews here & was very impressed that management responded to wach negative review however this has changed nothing in the santa ponca park. Reception staff are completely rude & ignorant, one actually walked away while i was enquiring about a better room. Although i booked a double room with a sea view, i was given a room with a 2 single bed's pushed together & a view of an apartment block. When i enquired about the sea view room i was told i was in the best roon the hotel had. Although the room had a fan for air conditioning my fan did not work. I continually asked reception to fix this but this never happened. the only department that works efficienly is house keeping. the rooms were always cleaned with fresh towels left. this department is the only saving grace for this hotel. Food was nice however dinner menu was very repetive. I can honestly say no matter what the magement write under this review nothing will be improved on & therefore I will not book this hotel again

Loved That Holiday
We Went There Last Year For Our Friends 30th Birthday & Had A Ball. Would Defo Recomend This Hotel To Anyone.The Beach Is Rite Next To Hotel Plus The Beach Is Amazing & Clean.Plenty Of Shops.Pubs,Clubs,Gorjus Resturants Where You Gets Fab Food Everywere You Go.For 1 Euro 50 You Can Jump The Bus Into Magaluf.Plus Its A Muast That You Go To The Pirate Show We Went To The Meal Plus Drinks Package & It Was Well Worth The Money.
