This is a great hotel for a stop over. Extremely clean! No frills, just a room for everything your need. I booked this hotel as I was getting a early morning flight from Manchester airport. Rather than paying the cost of airport hotels and be outside town with nothing to do, this hotel allowed me to use the money saved on the room to enjoy a day in Manchester city centre before flying off. 10 minutes walk to catch the airport train at 5am. Very cheap stay, you get what you pay for. Extremely clean room and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for somewhere just to rest your head.

Reasonably priced for what you get.
Reasonably priced for the quality provided. My only real gripe was that during the evening, there appeared to be only one person covering reception, bar, 24 hour meal service and phones which caused long waiting times, NOT the individuals fault in my view, but that of the management expecting too much. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good value and the bed was comfortable (with quite a thick mattress topper). Location ok for my needs. I did hear someone comment they had not slept we'll due to traffic outside having had a room at the front, but my room, at the back of the hotel was fine.

very good hotel.....clean and near town center.......one problem...ordered internet and films package......that was not ready for when i checked in,,,,sorted it out about 10.30.......so waste of money really....would use hotel again....but not the packages....

Good affordable option in Manchester
I can only agree with the previous review. Let me add the wifi connection was excellent in my room and room was properly cleaned. Tip: I would not pay nearly 8 pounds for the breakfast. Better go for an international well-know cafeteria (less than 5m walking distance)

Basic but everything works
This is a basic level of hotel but it is in fantastic location and has modern well equipped rooms where everything works.My room was a good size and the shower was hot and strong.Staff were all very friendly and helpful.If you don't want frills this is the hotel for you.
