Clean, modern and cost effective
Stayed here for two nights whilst sight-seeing in central London. Very convenient location, took us about 30 mins to get into town on the DLR. Staying slightly out of the city was a huge cost saving and well worth it. The hotel was clean and modern with everything you'd expect. The staff were efficient and welcoming. We popped into the bar on both nights, nice venue and friendly staff. Would stay again.

Novotel London ExCel
Lovely clean and spacious room that made for a very comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Big selection at breakfast buffet.Travel to the hotel was made difficult due to engineering on Jubilee line.

Nice work
We stayed here with the intention of using it as a base to travel into central London. Excellent location with quick access to DLR and short hop on Emirates across to the O2. Hotel is modern, clean and staff are all friendly. Over all well worth the visit and plenty of places to eat locally.

Fab
Went on to last minute dot.com and booked a room as I was going to the bike show in excel. Arrived at 11.45pm and the staff could not have been more polite and friendly. I paid ¿¿70 and can't believe I got a massive double room on the 9th floor. It's just a shame I arrived so late to enjoy it more. Lovely hotel and great staff.

Great hotel and service - Thank you
A great base for a weekend away with our 7 yr old sight seeing around London. Easy to get to by sat nav, polite receptionists - all chaps both days. Kristof was particularly good with my son and gave a complimentary dinosaur to make - a big winner!!Room lovely, with bath and shower, lovely soft linen, spotlessly clean thank you. Breakfast served until 11am!! and great polite staff at breakfast, it was great, so many options to keep us all happy and overlooking the docks. Only ¿¿15 car par for the 2 days and 1 night! Easy transfers by London Excel station into London vis DLR or via the cable car over to the O2, although not great for someone like me who hates heights!!Overall a great stay, thank you.If I have only one niggle it's that the loo paper in the room reminded me of the tracing paper type you used to get in public loos. I buy Tesco recycled and its better than this at the hotel, I expected more, this let you down. PLEASE NOTE This would not stop me coming again.
