It was ok hotel. But some stuff didn' t speak English. I know Spanish a little. So we could ask, what we needed. But this is definitely a big disadvantage. I liked the rooms, they were clean and nice. Hotel offered to rate their service, because, they want to become 4*, in December 2012 it was maybe is still 3* hotel. I world give 3,5*. They should really put people who speak English also.

It was a very nice little apartment, hotel place in a pretty good location

On our trip, most of our tour group stayed in the apartments upstairs, and some stayed in the hotel rooms downstairs. The apartments upstairs are very nice! With a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, little kitchen, dining area, living area, and two bedrooms, it was a very nice place to stay. The only downsides really are that with us staying there only a few days, the key they gave us didn't open to door to get to the stairs to go up to the apartments and the elevators weren't working so it was a bit of a hassle having to get the guy at the front desk to come open the door for us every time we went down to the vending machines or anything. The location of this place however is very nice, it's a short little walk down the street to get on the metro to take you wherever. Another small gripe is that one of the rooms, the one I stayed in, in our apartment didn't have a door on it for some reason, and also one of the locks on one of the doors to our bathroom was a bit messed up so it was a little bit of hassle but not too bad. And also, I could not for the life of me figure out how to turn the dang heater on! But, overall, this was a very nice, cool little place to stay.

Terrible!!!

After three terrible nights in this hotel, just want to tell others do not go there if you have other choices(of course you have). We have bought three nights on Groupon. Everything is OK until the reservation. There are only some few days in the month we can choose from. Really only a few. This has distuburded our planning of voyage. After we are arriving, we were told Internet access is down. Ok, now we have not Internet! The next day Internet is back, but the most interesting point is we can just have one account to connect to internet, although we have two mobile phones and one IPAD! Next terrible thing is the small airconditionner which is nearly three meters away from our bed! So the result is we have passed three nights in freezing cold! This is not the end, the breakfast time is from 7 to 9, whereas all the spanish people take their breakfast after 9am likely. The checkout time is before 10 am, whereas others hotels are mostly before 12am. There is a safety box in the room, but you still need to pay another two euros to be able to use it! That is not all, there are still lots of uncomfortable things of this hotel, so the conclusion is simple: never come here if you do not want ruin your journey!!!

Average hotel

I stayed at this hotel for two days. It is a very big apart hotel with a modern interior architecture. It is comfortable. It takes at least 20-25 min to walk to La Rambla., but you can also use public transportation, which is very convenient in Barcelona. It is kind of weird that there were no heaters, there is only air conditioner in the room. The only annoying thing during my stay was that they could not split the bill during the payment. It was ironic that even the hotel owner, who cannot speak a single word in English, in Benasque could split the bill, but such a hotel like this in Barcelona could not do it. Anyways, it was ok in general. The buses that go to airport is very close to the hotel.

Horrible Hotel at Super Expensive price

Just a third class hotel which was sold to us as a four star hotel at five star prices.Even simple basic amenities are lacking in this hotel. Rooms were very basic. Simple things like even mirror was not there in the room.
