Hard to fault. Was pleasant surprise.
So clean and nothing was to much trouble for staff who were all extremely helpfully. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment ( think had been upgraded as only two of us ) but had all you needed for self contained stay. Loved the lounge bar, tea & coffee facilities on tap, nice touch with help yourself honesty bar, again well stocked, nice touch. Breakfast was very good, nice selection of cereal, cold meats, boiled eggs fruit etc, also cooked to order available for small charge, good quality and well presented. Secure parking which is a bonus. And only 10 mins walk to town centre. All in all a very pleasant stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel/apartment
Excellent value for an overnight stay at the weekend in Aberdeen! Close to city centre, can walk into Union Street. Was upgraded always a bonus! The apartment was lovely, clean, roomy and had all you could possibly want for a trip away. Had a secure car park and well kept gardens, paths etc. The continental breakfast was included in the rate and was tasty and varied with plenty of choice. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a lovely stay and will return and would highly recommend this hotel.

Very welcoming Hotel
We had a great two day stay at the Skene and will definitely stay again if we return to the area. The staff were very helpful, the breakfasts had a great variety of fruit and croissants, and the complimentary drinks in the evening were a very nice touch. Also nice for extended travelling were free washing machines and laundry soap!! And nice cookies in the late evening for late snacking. These people just know how to treat travellers right and make you feel at home.

Excellent place to stay near the city centre
As a family of 5 we booked a three-bedroom suite and it was ideal. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The freedom of our own sitting/dining room and kitchen was perfect with a 5 year old and the continental breakfast was superb with a great selection and nothing ever being in shot supply. There were always enough staff on duty and they were all very helpful and courteous. The free on-site, secure parking so near the city centre was a real bonus.I had never used an apartment option for a hotel stay before but I will again.
