Satisfactory
Nice for the price, our room contained classic wood furniture, including four chairs and a table, a dorm size fridge and no microwave. Yes, the towels were scratchy, but Direct TV offers several movie channels. Just across the bridge over I-90 (with a walkable sidwalk) is the surprisingly upscale Waterstone Restaurant with great specials. The Super 8's breakfast is better than most with a wafflemaker, fruit, muffins, cinnamoan rolls, bagels, yogurt and cereal.

Decent for the price
The hotel was decent for the price. There was no problem having a pet. In fact the owner (I think he was the owner) made sure we were on the first floor and by the door so taking her in and out was easy. He was very friendly. The location was good. Will definitely stay there again. The only thing I didn't like was I don't sleep to begin with and the heating system was one where the fan kicks off and on all night long. Not uncommon in hotels so I won't let that deter me from staying there again. They do have free breakfast in the morning but we already had plans to meet with family so I can't rate that.

Good value, friendly and knowledgeable about events.
Rooms were average and clean, breakfast area well stocked and spotless. Manager was excellent and assisted in directions for shopping and best places to eat. All discounts were offered and would recommend for all people passing through or visiting. Will return when in area.

Excellent Hotel,Excellent,Location,Excellent Service and Price
We had two rooms booked at this hotel on January 18th.We stayed there becauseit was only forty minutes from the Holiday Valley Ski Area and the price was excellent. The hotel is located just off the main highway from Buffalo,and the minute we walkedin we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. A nice continental breakfast isincluded in the price and is available in a small dining area off the front lobby. There is no restaurant in the hotel,however,you can reach one by walking acrossa driveway to the hotel next door which has a nice dining room, or quite a number ofeating establishments are handy. Overall for service,price,location,and rooms we would give this a 5 out of 5 rating,and will probably stay there again when we are in the area.
