We stayed this weekend as part of a "show & stay" deal. Knowing the area, it was suitable for us to get into London easily either by cab or by train. The staff we very helpful over the weekend with cab prices, train details & various other queries. We found the hotel very clean & tidy, with the breakfast being sufficient for our needs. It wasn't a gastronomic feast, but there was a reasonable choice and amount available. My husband found the bed uncomfortable but the futon better- I was fine. When this was mentioned to the staff, it was noted & an apology was given for any discomfort. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience & will more than likely stay again.

Staff at the hotel were so helpful in accommodating our large group - really polite, efficient and able to provide everything we needed. They made us feel very welcome on arrival and got us all sorted out very quickly. Rooms were comfy and very clean. Breakfast was great too & set us up for the day. Would highly recommend the hotel. Thanks for a poviding the perfect base for our weekend in London.

I arrived here in the early hours of the morning after a long day. Check in was easy and i was given a twin room as there were no doubles left despite being promised this on booking through the agent so i dont believe this was the hotels fauklt at all. The twin bed i slept in was comfortable and the room as you'd expect was very clean. The bathroom was spacious and had soap dispenswers on the wall by the sink and by the shower. The jet of water was very welcoming to refreshen you and the pulse was a good rate to comfortably massage your back as you washed. tea and coffee was provided but if you wanted additional snacks then there was a 24 hour BP garage next door or there was coin operated machines in the lobby by the check in desk if you didnt want to venture out. The hotel is in a good location close to Wandsworth main railway line station and a short journey by car to central London if travelling by this method.Breakfast was buffet style with help yourself ceareals fruit and drinks. There was scrambled egg fried eggs beans and sausages as a hot choice. The hotel was very busy as there was the Champions League final at wembley but despite this it didnt feel overcrowded.

I've been to London, many, many times and I will not stay anywhere else. So many London hotels are a nightmare of overpriced, inadequate and downright filthy places. One of the things that bothers me most is hotels without air conditioning and this one has it. True, London is not the hottest city but in the summer, your room can get quite warm and miserable. I love that Holiday Inn Wandsworth Town has it.It's very easy to get to and from the hotel. We got a travelcard and it covers the rail from Waterloo Station. It's a super short walk from the Wandsworth town Station to the hotel. There is a well stocked BP station/store at the corner with plenty of snacks and drinks. The MacDonald's a few feet away was handy for my little one. I wouldn't worry too much about local restaurants, you are so close to Waterloo Station and the underground that it was never an issue for us. Out hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was quite nice. We'll be back in June and are looking forward to the stay!Diane Rosenthal, Detroit, MI

This hotel is nicely located outside of central london, it is within 2 mins of the rail station that will link you up to the Gatwick express line to the city, Very easy to navigate to all he sites and attractions of London, The hotel is of reasonable value , but it is london, Breakfast is of the buffet type, as much as you want , but its all a bit of a scramble, Issues that I have is, wifi is not free , you have to pay a fairly substantial amount to use it , but Mc Donald's is only around the corner , and here Tea is inexpensive , hope this helps you to decide, and yes I would stay here again..
