No surprise
Typical hotel of the chain. Very fonctional. Large parking. Ideal for a night stop on the way to south of france. New city area, in the suburbs. They have rooms for 4 people, which makes it convinient for families. I have not takken the breakfast that was rather expensive and went to a nearby cafe for half of the price, quite worth when your are 4...

Very Friendly Staff and Handy Location
This is a nice modern hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. We were greeted by a charming shift manager Frederick Francois. We had arrived between lunch and dinner but Frederick was kind enough to make us some brilliant sandwiches. He put us in a slightly larger room overlooking the lovely green lawns and tram stops. We heard no noise from the trams and they are very modern and within 10 mins your in the old town and town centre of Dijon. The really friendly reception, gave us good advise for our visit to Dijon, with a map and instructions for the tram.Theres a free and modern car park, this Hotel is nicely located on the ring road for access by car. We used our tom tom sat nav got us there perfectly, we found the hotel with ease. I expect we used the right address from my Priority club booking sheet. Plus it's well sign posted along the route from the main autoroute.The restaurant is very nice for both main meals and breakfast. It is currently located with in a very unusual home, a large domed tent, as the hotel is currently under further construction which is coming close to the end of a huge extension and refurbishment program, but apart from the uniquely avant garde restaurant, which was rather fun, the effects of the rebuild are well disguised. They caused us no disruption.Excellent Hotel for a visit to Dijon or a stop over between larger major cities. This year in June 2013 the Priority Rewards club gets a revamp, a new name and new benefits, with some better reward opportunities and will be called the IHG Rewards Club, so look out for those exciting changes. As an IHG Platinum Elite Ambassador, for ten years, I can Highly recommend this Hotel and the IHG free rewards program. I am truly looking forward to visiting again soon.

Excellent Executive Room
Found the hotel with ease. Really friendly reception, gave us good advise for our visit to Dijon, with a map and instructions for the tram, that stops outside the hotel. The room was large, excellent housekeeping. We had dinner in the hotel - it was good value for money and the staff were really helpful, they were very busy. Very busy for breakfast but again we were well looked after and everything was fresh and replenished as it got low. There is building work at this hotel but this did not make a difference to the way we were looked after. Well done to the management.

A BIG mistake!
Booked this hotel while traveling from Venice Italy to Paris France. Selected this location as it had received good reviews on IHG's website. BIG MISTAKE! Entered the property address into my European TomTom and was taken to a neighborhood. Called a family member in Brussels to verify that we had the correct address. Re-entered it to make sure we had it correct, still wrong. Called him back and he looked up the location and what was near the property. He gave us the address of the mall near the property. 20 minutes later (yes 20 minutes) we arrived at the mall and NO SIGNS indicating Holiday Inn. LOTS OF CONSTRUCTION!! Finally saw the Holiday Inn sign on the top of the hotel in the distance but still took us an additional 10 minutes to work our way there. Finally made it to registration exhausted and stressed (we were traveling for leisure) beyond belief, were told we were given the 'best room' in the hotel. OMGosh! If we were given the best room, I would hate to see their worst or average! When we entered the room something did not feel quite right. We decided to make a cup of coffee to relax before bed-SURPRISE no coffee. Called to order room service and asked them to send coffee since there was none in the room. In the meantime, pulled back the comforter and to my absolute horror, there was a LONG head hair laying on the sheets. Pulling the comforter completely back, it was VERY obvious that the bed had not been serviced. Back down to registration to explain the situation and was advised we could be switched to a different room. Advised her that I wanted to inspect that room before accepting it and moving all of our luggage. The moment I entered the room it was as different as night and day. This room felt clean. The other room had almost NO toilet tissue, this room had two full rolls. This property does not provide ANY amenities. They have a soap dispenser mounted on the wall next to the sink and one in the shower. The one in the shower is for shampoo and body. NOT! There is no lotion, conditioner, beauty packs, anything. The room service we ordered was expensive but it was very good. I would NEVER ever select this property again and would not recommend it to anyone! Almost forgot to mention that the construction in the area I mentioned earlier, they started working at 8 am and a crane swung past our window at 8:30. Good nights' rest, NOT

Great but breakfast needs to be improoved
We arrived at Friday night, without make reservations arong 19:00, got free upgrade to Executive Room. Great room, silent, great shower, 5 star rating.Next morning the ¿¿¿17 breakfast, hardly worth the name. Call it continental breakfast and nobody will complain. Not a 5 star rating fo this part.
