Very pleased
We made reservations at this hotel for May, 2013, having had a pleasant stay here in 2011. My wife called and made the reservations through Lisette, a very pleasant and professional employee. When we checked in, we were pleased to meet her. Bibian was also on duty and welcomed us and treated us as valuable guests.

Bed bugs and roaches
I cancelled my second week at this place. There was a bed bug on my co-workers towel and a huge roach in my room. I went to the lobby and they out me in a suite for my last night. I told my work that I would not stay there again.

recommended and good price
this hotel has a great vibe to it when i first walked in, the lobby is very clean and neat, was quickly greeted by Lisette from the front desk, she was very helpful . my room was on the second floor which had a view of the pool and jaccuzzi, the bed was comfortable, i always check my towels before using them and they smelled clean and looked very white . definately clean and recommended for any type of vacation trip .

Very Very Good If You Don't Require WIFI.
The room was quite comfy and housekeeping always came at a good time and cleaned very well and replaced what was low or needed. I did enjoy my stay here. There is a morning complimentary breakfast which is nice. My only disappointment is the reliability of the internet. It worked only the first two days of my 7 night stay. If they can get the internet/wifi to work consistently I will come back. I did enjoy the area as well. There is a Ralphs, Walgreens, Post Office, Alkaline Water Shop, metro station, gas station, and more all within walking distance.

Amazed, Great Place To Stay .
Very surprised about this hotel . It was very clean, room was neat & smelled great. love the back up toothpaste they have incase you forget to bring some. lissett was very helpful & had a great customer service towards my needs . DELIGHTFUL & wonderful breakfast ! Get to make your own waffles is just a great way to remind you of home, people around me seemed to enjoy it too. Recommended to anyone around the area !
