Place worth stay
The hotel has an excelent location in the centre. Suitable for anyone visiting the centre of Dublin. The price is nice, places worth sightseeing are close without need to use public transportation. Only breakfast is available. We have got a discount price at the reception desk. Many restaurants are around for lunch and dinner with various deals.

Great location!
This hotel was very clean and recently updated. Due to the location, it was loud until about 0230. I don't think that can be avoided in that area. Best advice is just stay at the pubs! Breakfast was very minimal and not worth the extra fee.

Excellent value
I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights from Sunday to Thursday morning and found it excellent value for money.I had a room at the back on the 2nd floor and was not disturbed by any noise. the room was a basic single room but had all I required. The bed and pillows were probably the most comfortable I have ever had, I slept as well as in my own bed at home ! ( ok, perhaps the Guinness helped ! ).The great plus for me was being next door to the Palace Bar. I have visited Dublin all my life,and this is a real Dublin bar. Make sure to call in. This bar is the favourite bar of my friends who live in Dublin and is used by Dubliners all the time. Far better than some of the touristy ones in Temple Bar.The only niggles I could find,was that room was sometimes not serviced until later in afternoon and I was surprised at payment being taken on ckeck in. Presumably because of variety of people staying in Temple Bar area.Hotel has a lift which worked well and all staff were friendly and approachable. I did not have any meals there . Airlink Bus 747 from Airport stops just round corner in Dame St.All in all ,a very enjoyable stay and will definitely come again.

Good Location, Nice Remodeling
This hotel is within all the activity in Temple Bar. We stayed in the back of the hotel, but did still hear noise from the alley below late at night (we knew what we were getting into staying in Temple Bar, so that didn't really bother us.) A Tesco is across the street, and that was great for waters and light snacks. Diana at the front desk was wonderful. She was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was included, and it was hot and fresh each day. The hairdryer in our room died, and that was actually a good thing because the loaner they gave us was full size. The room was neat and clean and well decorated. However, no toiletries were provided (not even soap.) Just an FYI.

Good little hotel
Spent 2 nights in this hotel in May 2013. The hotel is situated in Temple Bar right in the centre of the sights and nightlife in Dublin. We were in a room on the 4th floor, and there was very little street noise in the evening, and despite reading previous reviews, the hotel was quiet at night with no noise in the corridors etc. The room itself was newly decorated and clean, with a decent bed, clean bathroom and very good power shower. The only downside was that the room was a little warm. Although they class themselves as a boutique hotel, I would class this as a modern, clean and convenient budget hotel which should meet all the needs of a stay in Dublin.
