Great Value, Great Service
Just back from a couple of nights in Dublin, and a stay in these perfectly delivered apartments. They do the job to a T! Immaculate, lovely beds, pillows and duvets, a good shower, well equipped kitchen, and well serviced. We went as a group of 19 ' hens' and stayed in 4 apartments next door to one another. Really good experience. The location is great for walking into Temple Bar, Grafton Street, or the centre of the city. They lend themselves to a lovely walk along the Liffey, and some of The city's best sightseeing. ( Not that we did that on the Hen Doo!) I am mother of the bride and worried about noise, partying and mess, but not a bit if it. Though the apartments were very busy we did not hear a sound, so well spaced, and insulated were they. I'd thoroughly recommend.

Just......fantastic.
Excellent. Have never found fault and would always choose these appartments in the future. Staff are really friendly, and make u feel very welcome. I would recommend to young or old of age. Facility's are great and there is piled of parking in and around the appartments.

Good location to enjoy Dublin
We were pretty much happy with our apartment. The location is quite good, very close to the city center and we did not even need to use the public transportation. Everything is within walking distance (sites, restaurants, shops, etc). From the airport take the Airlink bus 747 and get off at Usher's Quay stop which is around the corner. The apartment was large and warm with a fully-equipped kitchen. On the bad side, I would mention the internet access that was quite chaotic (low speed and frequent drops) and the hot water limitations. We had to wait around 30 minutes for each shower as the quantity of hot water that you can use at a time is limited.The rate was also very high for march, but I suppose Dublin is generally an expensive destination (similar to London) in every season.However, I recommend the place.

Up graded without charge.
We stayed here for one night & were very pleased. Allowed to check in early & upgraded to a two bedroom free of charge. Had everything we needed, close to town center & temple bar. Will stay here again & recommend to all my friends & family.

PLEASE INFORM YOUR GUESTS OF HOT WATER LIMITATIONS UPON CHECK IN
For reason Dublin City Conservation measures the hot water cannot be used for showers at night without a time delay They are well located within reasonable distance of the rivers and historical points of interest. The wifi signal was clear and effective. There is one bathroom for two bedrooms, which may is not ideal for adults sharing the premises. It is true that doors will not stay open without props but the front door does not lock unless you use the deadbolt key.
