Glorious Mini Hiatus
My sister and I have just returned from a mini vacation in Niagara-on-the-Lake where we stayed at the Shaw Club Inn and Spa. We decided to stay here because of its ideal location. This proved to be the best decision ever - what a treat to be able to park the car and then just cross the street to see anything we wanted at the Shaw Festival Theatre, then cross back and be ¿¿¿home¿¿¿ in minutes!The room was more than adequate and the shower experience a delight! If you ever have the opportunity to stay at the Shaw Club Inn, make sure you meet Cooper - he¿¿¿ll give you all the contacts you need to ensure you experience wine country to the fullest. Rest assured, all the staff I encountered were very helpful and well informed.It¿¿¿s also wonderful to know that the Shaw Club Inn & Spa is ¿¿¿pet friendly¿¿¿. Next time I return, I¿¿¿ll bring my pet and together we¿¿¿ll explore the parks and walks of this wonderful gem of a city.

Mini spring vacation
Beautiful boutique hotel. Very attentive and freindly staff. You get a tour of your room upon check in. Our room had a king size bed, sofa, club chair and ottoman. There is a mini-frig, coffee maker, free wifi, oversized thick bath towels. There is a guest lounge off the lobby with a coffee/ tea maker, games, and DVDs you can take back to your room. Across the street from the Shaw Festival theater. Great boutique spa. And don't miss their restaurant Zee's whether for breakfast or dinner. Absolutely wonderful time.

Fantastic Getaway
Wonderful staff. Special thanks to Cooper, Andrea and Wendy for making my stay feel like a home away from home. The attention to detail at this hotel is fabulous-right down to the take away coffee, tv in bathrooms, the dvd library. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute and I had a hard time checking out! I didn't want to leave. I'll be back my next opportunity to visit!Please note, I rated the spa and Zee's in a separate review.

Completely renovated boutique hotel
This was a surprisingly wonderful place to stay - I had stayed there years ago, before it had been renovated and converted to the SHAW CLUB. they have done a great job with the reno - it is a fresh and modern boutique hotel. The staff was very accommodating, the rooms were gorgeous - especially the bathrooms. Personalized stationary was another nice surprise. Location can't be beat in downtown Niagara on the Lake. Free parking that was easily accessible. Great all around.
