Perfect Hotel!!
This is a fabulous hotel! I tagged along with my husband on a week long business trip. Location is amazing. Easy walking distance to Chinatown, Union Square, and The Ferry Building. Took muni-transit everywhere else. The 3-day or 7-day pass is a bargain. 7-Day is $28 and included the cable cars. Cable cars are $6 per trip otherwise and the buses are $2 per trip.Whom ever is in charge of the hiring/and or training of the Omni employees deserves major kudos! Every single person we came in contact with, expressed their desire through their actions to make our life easier and our stay more pleasant. A few examples: We got tickets for the Giants last minute via stubhub and needed to print out our tickets. The front desk printed our tickets for us. Also, there is ice tea in the lobby....one day we were offered champagne instead!! My birthday was during our stay, and I was surprised to find 2 pieces of chocolate cake and a bottle of wine with Happy Birthday wishes in our room. Everyone from the bell staff, housekeeping, front desk, doormen, and concierge were 100% completely friendly, attentive, and wonderful.

Great location
The hotel was great, very clean and excellent service. What I liked most was the location since it was near BART stations and honestly it wasn't too much of a walking distance from a lot of attractions. We stayed here for SF part of our honeymoon trip and when they found out they sent us complimentary chocolate covered strawberries which was a nice added touch! The only downside was that it was like a ghost town during the weekend. I think it could have been a rare situation since it was labor day weekend so considering its in the financial district none of the office buildings had any activity but even all of the coffee shops were closed! I'd stay here again for sure!

Wonderful Stay!
This is the perfect hotel for vacationing with a family! Above and beyond service. Lex (Concierge) was an incredible wealth of information and had excellent ideas to make the most of our short time in San Fran. Our room was so clean and very comfortable beds. Every staff member was extremely polite from the valet to the front desk...even the other happy guests in the elevator.

Great Hotel and Great Location.
This was our first trip to San Francisco and this hotel made it a wonderful experience. I am very picky when it comes to my hotels, and have found that Omni generally takes great care of their properties. This was no exception to that rule. It was not perfect, but up to my picky standards.The hotel is located in the financial district away from the hustle and bustle, but still conveniently located. The famous cable cars stop right in front of the Hotel. My wife and I got the city pass and enjoyed riding these things regularly. China Town is within walking distance and also Union Square. So men prepare to shop ;). Our first day we ate in Bob's Bar when we arrived. We grabbed a quick burger and did people watching out the window. It was a great start. They also have the best peaches I've ever had complimentary in the lobby. I plan to call soon and ask where they purchased them. I will have them shipped! Our room was always clean and the staff was always accommodating. You can't go wrong here.

Great hotel near Chinatown...kids loved it!
We stayed here for three nights at the end of May...two adults and two boys, ages 11 and 7. As soon as we arrived, the staff was very welcoming, handing out activity backpacks to the boys. Check in was very quick, and we had cookies and milk waiting for us in the room--and every night, actually. Become a loyalty member (free) and you get extra perks that are totally worth it. They were even handing out umbrellas one evening for guests to use. Right by Chinatown, which the boys loved. The only teeny tiny negative is that good eateries are hard to find in the evening--this is the Financial District.
