Beyond the call of duty
I stayed in this hotel the week before and was certainly impressed - my only gripe was there was no iron in the room which I would expect from a 4 star hotel. Apart from that excellent.We made a return booking this week and at 11 o'clock on the morning of arrival I had a call to say they had overbooked - initially I was sceptical but I shouldn't have worried - H10 relocated us to a higher grade hotel and gave us a great deal - also they organised a taxi for the following morning. Will certainly return.

Have a brilliant stay at H10 in London
H10 is always a pleasure to stay at. Comfortable rooms, nice staff and excellent breakfast. All you can wish for in a lovely city! The breakfast is all you can wish for and it is close to South Bank where you can enjoy London Eye, restaurants, theatres and all adventures you can imagine.

Excellent experience - highly recommended
I booked to stay at the H10 London Waterloo as part of my boyfriend's 30th birthday present. I had read very good reviews online and so had high hopes. I am pleased to say I was not disappointed! If anything it surpassed my expectations.The staff were attentive and friendly, our welcome glasses of Cava were brought up to our room just after we arrived and the service in the restaurant was excellent. The room was very clean and chic looking with modern decor and a fantastic view over the city. The bathroom was a nice size and was spotlessly clean and stocked with robes, slippers and a variety of toiletries. It was also a nice touch having an ipod doc and radio in the room.The food in the restaurant was delicious - with extremely generous portions! The breakfast was also to a high standard; a huge variety of choice, good quality and well managed by the waiting staff.All in all, I highly recommend the H10 London Waterloo for it's excellent transport links, hospitable staff, great value and clean and chic city-view rooms! We'll be back!

Posh feel at a reasonable price
Spent the weekend here with my wife whilst attending an event at the royal festival hall. The location was fairly convenient for the South Bank (15mins walk).The room was very smart and spotlessly clean. We paid ¿¿10 extra for a room on the top floor which was worth it - great views of The Shard and many other landmarks.The staff were courteous, efficient and helpful - they genuinely seemed to care that we enjoyed our stay.One note: If you're travelling there by tube Lambeth North is probably slightly closer than Waterloo.One tiny negative that the hotel might want to check out was that the room was a bit too hot for my liking and the air con didn't quite seem to cut it (but then this seems to be true of almost every hotel I have ever stayed in). At least the windows did open.Also if the hotel do read this... the safe in room 1204 needs fixing!I would definitely stay here again if I was attending something on the South Bank.

Very pleasant experience
Chose the hotel because it was a near to a conference venue but after staying there for four nights I would be happy to choose it even for a holiday. The service was friendly, the rooms were comfortable and functional and the breakfast was just amazing. In my room the wifi worked well but my colleague complained that in his room the wifi worked (on iPad) only near the door.
