A little disappointing for a Hilton
We stayed with a large hockey party this weekend. We made reservations in advance. When we arrived we were placed in two different rooms prior to getting what we originally selected....finally when we got to the 3rd room. We were very frustrated and I thought we might hear from a manager offering an apology. We received a confirmation email from the hotel the week before we arrived asking if we wanted extras in our room (ie towels, linens, pillows, etc). We requested things and they were not in the room when we arrived. Wifi is not included in the price and we must say we were a little surprised by this. The room itself was lovely and the hotel entrance is grand but, with the HILTON name we must say that we were expecting a lot more in terms of service standards. Probably would not book here again....

Visiting Toronto on a Family/Business trip
Nice Hotel away from the rowdy downtown Toronto. We had a Suite with a living/dining kitchen and 2 queen beds, it was clean,Staff was friendly and breakfast buffet was yum. Quiet nights, and beds were very comfortable. HWY 7 has alots of restaurants/shopping areas.

Best Hotel In Toronto Area
This is possibly the best Hilton I have ever stayed at and although the location is not ideal for my purposes ( too far east ) I actually go out of my way to stay here. I have NEVER been disappointed. Thank you.

Amazing stay
If this location suits you, this hotel is an amazing one in Markham, excellent amenities, the suites are renovated and the service is excellent. The mattresses are very comfortable and the suite is spacious. Only drawback was the minibar, it needs a key and I had to go downstairs to get it from the reception, but who cares about the minibar anyway.

Nice Hotel
We stayed as a family of 4 for a one night stay. Our check-in was uneventful and the hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Our room (more like a suite) was very spacious. I was expecting less because I had booked online at a discount price. Lounge, mini bar, work area, bedroom with two very comfortable double beds. The hallway to our room did look outdated and the bathtub was leaking. The room could have been a bit cleaner (Good overall scrub required) I have been in cleaner rooms. Overall the family was impressed with the room. Did not try any services at the hotel.
