I like this particular motel but may have to give up staying there unless they use less irritating housekeeping chemicals. The Hallways on second floor, the room and particularly the stairway had the heaviest chemical odors. Worse yet are the air freshener components used in the room I stayed in (217) which prevented me from sleeping. Please let me know what will be done.

The convenience of in room refrigerators + microwaves is welcome.As well, there are several chain restaurants within walking distance. We were disappointed that even on Memorial Day the pool, which is outdoors, was not open.

Mitch and Ron at Victor
My partner and myself decided to do a day of shopping and site seeing in the Roch. area. We decided on Microtel because of the location was near the Thruway and near the shopping in the Victor area (not mention the casino near by!!!). Being members of Wyndam Rewards, we have become comfortable staying at Microtel. We appreciate the good personal service at check in and cleanliness of the room. The TV could be placed at eye level. It is positioned on top of the closet in you standard rooms. We will continue to use Microtel and will be returning to Microtel in Victor when the new Wing opens at Easrview.

Victor Microtel Review
Personnel were very nice. Rooms were clean. Printer ran out of ink in the computer room while I was there. Overall very satisfied. I am staying there again next week. Would like to see some waffles on the breakfast menu.

Great Experience
Very impressed with the customer service not only from front desk staff but housekeeping as well. Room was spotless. Our son competes in Tennis and he slept like a babe. Would stay here again!
