Good Hotel, very good staff
Stayed here twice during the month. The hotel location is very good for my work. The staff was very helpful, each time. I was welcomed and remembered.The layout to get to a room can be a bit confusing, but once figured out, it is simple. The rooms are very nice, and VERY clean. The attached gym is good, with an indoor pool.The breakfast (included in rate) was good, could be a touch better.

Good but expensive
My colleague and I ended up in the Hilton because everywhere else in Aberdeen was fully booked. The rooms we got were tiny and cost ¿¿200 for a night b&b. For some odd reason the sofa was set up as an occasional bed although the booking forbade more than one person in the room. Breakfast was excellent !!

Getting better but age of hotel and location let it down
I first stayed here 6 years ago and vowed never again ... but it really has improved; very friendly staff and refurbishment (Room 1 is delightful) but you can't get away from the fact its an ageing building, in a residential area 2- 3 km away from the town centre. Not bad gym and-nice pool though,

Aberdeen TreeTops Hotel
Pleasant hotel in spacious location and pleasant surroundings. Standard room is adequate but not spacious, comfortable beds and room in good condition with internet availability ( cost incurred, but free wifi in public rooms) Dinner staff in restaurant very pleasant and helpful. Food good value for money, though two dishes selected were unavailable. Nice swimming pool and water at a very pleasant temperature. Not inexpensive, but typical for the standard of hotel in Aberdeen. Overall experience was very good .

Hilton Hotel Aberdeen
Have stayed at the Treetops on many an occassion, one of the main reasons for coming back is the coutesy the staff give you. Very professional, friendly without being intrusive.Front desk, very professional and pleasant, bar managerMr Singh goes the extra yard to ensure you are being catered for. Then you have Norma in the restaurant who makes sure everything runs smoothly.Yes there are a few boutique hotels in the city, but the service for such a large hotel is first class.
