Huge rooms, frig. Beautiful large bath, friendly staff
Our room was huge, bathroom not only had a glassed in shower but a large tub.i stayed in the bay view tower, room looked over the large enclosed pool with views of the bay. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean. Check in was very fast and efficient , actually I checked in around 2pm. The casino is huge , you have to pay attention because its easy to get turned around. I actually won at this casino, and I've been to Harrahs all over the USA and this is the loosest slots I've seen so far, or it was just my lucky night:) they have lots of restaurants , the ones I ate at: Sack of subs- BLT Grilled cheese , Delicious:)Billy's burger bar- skip it! Burger was dry house salad, plain ,boring- drink very small for the price paid. Steak fries seasoned , was ok , I'm just not a fan of seasoned fries. Wait staff was kinda stuck on theirselves at least our waiter and one other guy.Not informative or that friendly just looking around to see who was looking at them, as they pranced around.I think they thought they were Gods gift to Harrahs and the world...LOL.. Sammy Ds - Definitely eat here! Walnut shrimp appetizer! Delicious ! Never tasted anything like it:) fish and chips which I substituted onion rings , Fantastic! Not greasy! Fried to perfection. Chopped salad, delicious! Skip the margarita ! Changed twice the only bad thing. The self parking is quite a walk, across the street , I didn't do valet.I would certainly stay here again, this was my first time at Atlantic City and Harrahs did me right!

Very noisy, average amenities
The most negative aspect of this property is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear almost every toilet flush. The rooms are very outdated in the Marina Tower and extremely noisy. I asked to be switched and they would not accomodate me (despite being a loyal Total Rewards member). The casino and the resort as a whole is nothing special. It is also not on the boardwalk. A cheap Sun-thurs rate is worth it, but not a normal friday/saturday. Also, be sure to eat at dos caminos

DO NOT STAY HERE - BE WARNED
We stayed here for 2 nights in May, booked because they offered a good deal. On arriving we were told our room had been upgraded. Our upgraded room was dirty and smelled of smoke. We checked with reception that it was a non smoking room and we were assured it was. After a horrendous night, no sleep, as smoke was being churned into the room via the air con, we decided to check out and not stay the second night. However, they persuaded us to stay as they offered to change our room. The second room was still grubby and also smelt of smoke - that should have been a warning to get out straight away.They offered to put a machine in to suck out the bad air, but the machine never materialised so we had another sleepless night of hell!! There is no way on earth we would ever go near this place again and would not recommend it to anyone other than a very very heavy smoker! Only one positive comment - the food in the buffett was good.

Buyer Beware Extra Charges
Booked a room at the Harrah's Property in Atlantic City and indicated an early arrival of 2:00pm When I printed the reservation I noticed an additional $20.00 fee. Researching the fee, in small print in the Terms and Conditions the property now has added a $20.00 fee for checking in prior to 4:00pm. Their competitor The Borgata encourages their customers to check in early so they can gamble in their casino and does not have an extra charge (I know because last month I checked into The Borgata at 12;00 (noon), was given an upgraded room and not charged any additional fee. This is a very short sighted decision by the hotel and will cost them more in the long term

good!
The first time I stayed here it was great! Love the pool! I was down for Superbowl Weekend and the room they gave us was dirty and smelly. I went to the desk and they could not change it fast enough. The new room was much better.
