AVOID IT - YOU CAN GET BETTER ANYWHERE ELSE
It was a pathetic stay experience - arrived at 1 am in night - room key for 433 does not work in 3 Ups and down the elevator and long walk with luggage on other side of tower as manager who promised to come to help never arrives, receptionist gets angry on compalint saying WHAT CAN SHE DO! complained to 800 number at 2:30 am in middle of night to help - WAO! NEVER AGAIN - KEEP AWAY from it - in this much money they charge you can stay BETTER!!with 800 involved, they gave me another room where airconditioner (MANUAL) was making so much noise that could not sleep whole night - I am GOLD as SPG member and a business traveller - I cannot imagine how they treat regular travellers if being GOLD busness is not important enough!!Next day morning learnt that they repeated the same experience with one another colleague of mine with same room 433!! - It can tell you how nice is management of the hotel making many customers face same bad experience and have not learnt from one with worst feedback a day ago! - PATHETIC - and hotel room is >250 USD a night - AMAZING how these people want to make money without providing any care or worth for it - SO ONLY advise, KEEP AWAY FROM IT - as there are many other hotels whch will value your stay and experience and will be worth money you spend, I WILL NEVER STAY IN ANY SHERATON EVER!!!

Great hotel on the Hudson in NJ
Not an inexpensive place to stay but you have to take into account the fantastic view, the free parking, the cheap ferry ride across to NYC (with free shuttle buses to key destinations), and the very comfortable, large rooms. My only complaint would be the volume of the music in the bar/restaurant. I opted for room service although I had been hoping for some conversation. Enjoyed a generous bowl of fruit for breakfast. Note: Leaving Friday at 3 pm, it took me an hour to get to the New Jersey Turnpike. And I drive stick shift, so inching uphill was truly painful as Weehawken traffic blended with cars coming out of the Lincoln Tunnel. Probably worth asking hotel staff if it's worth heading south and meeting the Holland Tunnel traffic instead. Or skip lunch and leave earlier . . .

Great service
We'd had a bit of a nightmare trying to find affordable hotels during our stay, and the Sheraton was more than we wanted to pay to be honest. But upon arrival, we were welcomed warmly at the front desk. We were early, but we were allowed to check in early, given complimentary parking and wifi, and also a late checkout at no extra charge.The rooms were nice and we had an amazing view of the NYC skyline. The bus stop in to Times Square is literally 2 minutes walk away, or you can catch the ferry across. It takes less than 10 minutes to get from the hotel in to Port Authority, so it's a really good location.We'd definitely stay again, and I'd like to thank the staff for their excellent service!

Awesome location and views outside of NYC
The reception and check-in staff are informative and knowledgable about area public transportation and local businesses. The only issue I had was no early check-in was available and, although I was told my luggage would be held and placed in my room prior to my return to check in (at 9pm), it was not done and it was somewhat of a hassle to obtain my luggage. The view was lovely and there are good restaurants nearby outside the hotel.

Superb views of Manhattan without the price!
We stayed for five nights in April and were glad that we booked this hotel for the second part of our New York / Boston holiday. We had stayed in midtown Manhattan for two nights when we first arrived. Sheraton Lincoln Harbor gave us the peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan - just what we wanted. Our suite was spacious and furnished to expectations with superb views of Manhattan. I am a lifetime Gold SPG member and have stayed in many SPG properties in America, Europe and Asia with many experiences - some outstanding and some just average. I am pleased to say that my husband and I had a pleasant stay. The Club Lounge was satisfactory if not up to the standards of luxury found in the Far East SPG hotels. The staff were professional and friendly. After the major business Westin hotels, it is a welcome change to check in at a smaller and more relaxed environment! The ferry to Manhattan is on the doorstep and you can walk to Hoboken and enjoy views of Manhattan along the way.
